Firstly, I believe the Sony camera would require the Sony framework...so no - you wouldn't be able to use that camera on a non-Sony based rom.
Secondly, there's a Paranoid Rom for the Xperia Z??

after flashing the port from z2 on my z1 757 NUT deodexed and rooted my camera works fine and everything but i can't find superiorm when camera opens it starts by default at superior mode but if i changed to any other mode i can't find superior mode again in the modes menu

It is supposed to have 16 Gb on the internal sd but to me there are only 11.79 Gb free. So is it normal and how much free space do you have?
Normal. All phones have reserved space for our android and lost some due to byte calculations.
Other brands too.
Your mileage might vary for different models

Yeah I know that some space is reserved for android but 4gb?
Add the bold parts
16 GB typically u only get 14.8 usable
About -600 MB missing. Probably for recovery, boot, keys, etc

somethings going wrong with the dialer:
The dialer is getting black (even I use ather ones) und the microphone is not working.
I never heard about that fault before.
My point of departure configuration:
Sony xperia Z C6603 (german) unlocked, unbranded
Sony's Android 4.4.4 coming via update (sony PC companion) with kernel 3.4.0-perf-ge2ad053-00925-g7f21499
build Nr. 10.5.1.A.0.283
1) downgraded with flashtool (adb driver installed) to build nr. 10.3.1.A.2.67
2) rooted phone
3) installed SU installed rootchecker
3.1) checked if phone is rootet
4) Install NUT dual recovery
5) Reboot in recovery, Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache
6) Flash the rom eXistenZ Ultra 7.0.0
all looks fine. the phone is working great. W-Lan, Bluetooth, Internet, outgoing call, incomming call - all is running smart.
Just these two things:
1) dialer screen disappear by accepting a telephonecall or by "dialing to a person"
2) the conversational partner didn't hear me. I can hear him.
This fault is comming on two different Xperia Z C6603 Phones.
Did anyone knows how to fix this? Did anyone know whats going wrong?
Even a downgrade to the original Sony Android Rom dosn't fix the problem. The dialer is keeping dark after dialing a number und the conversational partner did not hear me. Also I formatted the phone before installing the origianal Rom
