Hello All,
I converted my HTC One M7 to a GPE Device (KIT KAT) everything worked fine then. I then manually flashed Lollipop, after upgrading to lollipop my data and MMS no longer work. My first step was checking the APN settings. They are all correct. To be sure I even deleted them and re-added them. I have flashed different radio images, no matter what image I tried the result was the same. I have also upgraded the firmware to make sure everything was up to date. Nothing seems to fix this issue. Can any one help?
Also the LTE bars in the upper left hand corner there is always one missing.

If your phone is rooted you can flash a new rom to solve the problem

Start your One with the power + volume down button, select fastboot, plugin your One to the pc on a usb 2.0 port, start the console in a folder with adb + fastboot and be sure, htc one drivers are correctly installed. The HTC backup tool (have forget the correct name, sorry) must be deinstalled.
So, type this in the console:
fastboot erase cache

I've searched and tried everything before posting, I must be missing something.
A brief background is a while back I tried flashing CM12.1 and when I did I lost my baseband(baseband unknown) and IMEI unknown, therefore I tried to flash back to stock using an official RUU.exe, but wound up in a bootloop (wiped dalvik). I was unable to boot into recovery because my volume down button did not work.
Recently I replaced the Flex board for the volume button and tried to get the phone operational again thinking that if I flash a stock rom it would give me back my baseband and imei, but I cannot flash anything stock. If I flash anything stock I wind up in a bootloop, I've tried RUU.exe's, RUU.zip's, Nandroid Backups, etc. sometimes I get "System Process not responding" message, not sure of the exact message but it gives me a choice to "wait" or "ok", but just shuts down after making either selection. I recently was able to get a little further with a development rom, in which I made it to the android unlock screen, but as soon as went to unlock it the phone rebooted.
I've tried all of this with the bootloader locked and locked, cleaning the dalvik and other caches. I've performed complete wipes with SuperWipe, but the problem still persists, I cannot flash anything Stock. I am able to flash Android Revolution HD 93.0, but still no baseband or IMEI.
The phone is S-Off
Any Ideas what I am doing wrong?

I don't know if anyone can help me or if there is much support here anymore, but here is an update.
After I posted my original message I noticed that there was something wrong with the bootloader variables, I've fixed by flashing an FUU and matching RUU. I still have the Unknown Baseband and Unknown IMEI in Revolution HD. With the stock RUU I flashed along with the FUU I still get a bootloop. I am able to get past it by holding the volume up or volume down for Safe Mode during the boot process, but as soon as I unlock the screen I am brought back to white HTC boot screen.
Here are the updated bootloader vars:

Thanks I will try and flash tomorrow and report back.

Dear All,
I have a strange problem with reception on my M7.
Namely, now I am living in house with friends where everyone have reception from same network that I am using except me.
I already requested for SIM duplicate so the issue is not laying in this part.
The network "I want to use" is P4 (Play) Poland.

on a side note, I wouldn't recommend the 7.15.401 version, its a leaked/unofficial version. You want 7.19.401

Try upgrading your firmware to the latest 7.19.401.51 and see if the problem persists. Also, if you're on a custom ROM, you could try flashing a stock ROM and see if that takes care of your issue
I tried to upgrade my firmware but couldnt do it couse of error
\android\fastboot flash firmware.zip
unknown partition 'firmware.zip'
error: cannot determine image filename for 'firmware.zip'
Cant find solution for this.
Also i cant make any calls when mobile data in on.

There is almost no development for the dual sim variant. Better to flash the RUU for your variant. Any roms made for the single sim will not work on your phone. Unless you build one yourself you're limited to the stock rom or one of the few old roms for dual sim.

Btw glad to know they were able to bring it back to life (if they really did cause your serialno and imei isn't the same... Its either a different phone/motherboard or they illegally altered ESN information..) Make sure you don't flash ruu/firmware not made for your variant again.
they inject the frimware directly to the motherboard .i want to follow this http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/development/kernel-htc-one-m7-dual-sim-802w-t2807950
or to install a google play edition ruu if there is one for this version

I don't know what they did exactly but everything changed in your getvar, ESN info and also product code are different... . If they pushed the firmware they might not have used the correct one. Don't you think it's a little abnormal that your phone changed model and have different serial number/emei now? Now what should you install, file that are matching the real information (from your old getvar) or file that are matching the new one (and possibly incorrect)?
The gpe ruu is for m7_ul only. Maybe someone made a gpe rom for your variant, I don't know...
hi. its me again is there a way to install any costume rom or the official lolipop for my m7 , am getting sick. i had tried many ruu's and ota but no one fit .plz if you have any one get me a download link . i did the s-off with "rumrunner_HTC_0.5.0_2" i had installed a 2.49 hboot and writed my cid to super cid

Lets take a look at this again.
Your phone was a M7CDTU:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 2.49.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: T3.16.1229.31
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 5.15.1403.12
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
(bootloader) serialno: HC23W5TRYTTYU8
(bootloader) imei: 355860860887766
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7cdtu
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0781***
(bootloader) cidnum: 11111111
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4112mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: RUU
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-1f512bb6
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
Then you've mistakenly flashed a M7_UL ruu on it and everything was messed up:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: N/A
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: UNKNOWN
(bootloader) serialno:
(bootloader) imei: 355195000000010
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product:
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: *********
(bootloader) cidnum:
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 2758mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: UNKNOWN
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-e135dbf9
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
Someone kind of repaired it, now showing M7CDUG instead of M7CDTU, wrong imei and serialno:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 2.24.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: T3.16.1229.31
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: HT367W902840
(bootloader) imei: 355868058264475
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7cdug
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0771000
(bootloader) cidnum: HTC__A07
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3626mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: on
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-604b17d6c9
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
and then you've flashed some ruu:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 2.49.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: U2.07.3501.27
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 6.13.401.3
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
(bootloader) serialno: HT367W902840
(bootloader) imei: 355868058264475
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7cdug
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0771000
(bootloader) cidnum: 11111111
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3759mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-1f512bb6
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
First, you can't use OTA files to restore a phone. OTA are only patches and must be flashed over the right version. What is wrong exactly with the RUU you've tried? They don't flash or don't work correctly? I would try to flash the version that was supposed to be on the phone, the version back from your first getvar (x.xx.1403.x). You might need to write the correct MID to be able to flash it. If nothing works, Id say ask the person who "injected" the firmware to "inject" the right one and try again.
