Hi all.
I've been trying and trying to get the alert sound when I set a calendar alert.
The phone is not on silent mode. A notification sound it set.
It used to work.
I think the problem occurs since I last updated the kernel K7 of Hardcore.
Still I'm posting this question cause maybe someone here knows something that I don't.
Would appreciate any help.
Thanks.
Yesterday for some strange reason my Nook all of a sudden started playing an mp3 when i get a notification. So weird.. any ideas how to stop it? I hadn't changed that setting it in several weeks.
Hello, I've been having this problem on my i9305 after installing the newest version of SentinelROM v6. After turning off all notification sounds, even the music ones and after receiving text messages over phone operator or over whatsapp the notification sound still keeps playing. I tried restarting the phone multiple times, even reinstalling whatsapp. The notifications in the app are turned off.
Does anyone else have the same or similar problem or does someone have a fix for this problem? Thanks
Hey Guys, has anyone else experienced this? All of a sudden my tap vibration quit working. I made sure that it is on and I do not have battery save on. What else can I do to try and fix this?
I've set them active and they don't make any audible notifications vibrations, sometimes.
It's making me crazy.
Anyone else?
i've also noticed this. wasn't sure if it was just me. not sure if i should be glad someone else is having the issue. i'm not having the sound play or getting the vibration. wonder if it's sleeping too deeply or what.
after using it a few more days, i've noticed that there are also times when i get a vibration but no sound, even though i don't have it on silent.
I've been scouring the internet and have made a post on the Google Pixel Phone Help Forum. Perhaps people who're facing the same problem here can upvote it so we can get to the bottom of this?

So far, I've tried:
1. Booting in Safe Mode in case it was an app that was causing these problems (I was suspecting Blockda, the AdBlocker, but that wasn't it).
2. Going into the notifications menu and making sure each and every app had notifications enabled.
3. Toggling battery saver mode on and off.
When I turned on Notifications History, I saw that Push Notifications were being logged there, they just weren't making it to the status bar and aren't making sound for whatever reason.
Hmmm, interesting topic. I received my 4a 5G today and I noticed that I did not receive my Gmail notifications at all or delayed. Strange, haven't had such issues with any other phones.
