[q] splash screen

Hi all.
Today i'm here to help anyone to make a splash screen.
But before i do that. i need anyone to suggest some CAB Compress. )
I have a way you can change it by yourself, but it is quite complicated.

Where the black circle is its ripped and want to know if its fixable before I buy a new screen digitizer. I tried using the touch screen and it didn't work and then I seen this.
