Hello guys this is my third Bootanimation for Android Phones, hope you guys like it.

Installation:
1. Copy bootanimation.zip to the root of your SD Card
2. Move it to /data/local/ or /system/media/ and replace existing one using root explorer.
Reboot and Enjoy!
If animation is to fast or if you need it to work on your phone, open attached desc.txt file and just modify the the resolution values based on your device screen size (high end devices 480×800 (width x height). Example: if the speed is 12, your txt file should look like this in the first line:
480 800 12 <<< Decrease Speed to 10 or Increase to 14

Oh god how do I use this thing?
• Extract contents, rename VZW_bootanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip
• Either copy the contents onto your SD card and use a root explorer or push them directly using ADB.
- For custom ROMs: /system/media/ or /data/local/, depending on your ROM
- For stock ROMs: it's either /system/customize/ or /data/local/. Refer to your phone's filetree for specific dir pathnames.
• Change permissions rw-r--r-- using any root explorer or chmod 311 /path/to/zip/bootanimation.zip in shell.

how can i get this to work on a 320 by 480 screen?

Try to port this over to I9100 Lulz/Tegrak kernel install. Somehow, even after image converstion to PNG reduce picture count it just wouldn't work. Everything coming out black.. tried for 3 hours. Giving up.... soon...
Give up... dunno why the image is not compatible.. :S
Solved the problem, i was zipping the pictures with compression

[MOD] 15/8 Transparent lockscreen and setting background change with theme color

i had mod few of the themes that i like by adding theme accent setting background and transparent lockscreen. to have that transparent lockscreen, you must change the theme as well. hopefully this will be useful to someone. it only work in 4.1.2 10.1.1.A.1.310 firmware. i'm not responsible if anything happen to your device. good luck
1. download zip here
2. extract zip
3. backup the related files in the system/app folder
4. move the files extracted to your system/app folder in the phone, overwrite the old one, changing the permission to rw-r-r
5. restart

I just bought the phone yesterday as my backup phone and since then it has experienced plenty of modding, flashing and restoring.
This is built based on Cherry Mobile One but I think it will work on any other Sprout8 device on Marshmallow.
So far I've only made 3minit and Rounded recents tab to work. But I plan to update the thread to have more mods.

Installation Instruction:
1. Make sure you are on Marshmallow
2. Make sure you're rooted.
3. Make sure busybox is installed on your phone (if not, download busybox installer from playstore and install busybox)
4. Make sure you have custom recovery installed (i.e TWRP, CWM, Philz, etc.)
5. Copy the downloaded zip file to your phone (internal or sd card, doesn't matter where)
6. Reboot to recovery
7. Install the zip file
8. Reboot
9. Profit!

[Bootanimation] Apple vs. Android qmg

Hey folks I tried to modify an animation for myself because the ones I found weren't what I searched,
so I mixed two of them together and made "my own". Credits go to the ones who made them.
first i started with the apple vs android from this thread (autor unknown, didn't find a post for it.)

Did a little bit resizing the solution to 1080x1920, resized the Apple logo and so on..
The only thing i couldn't really handle was the compression of the bmp/jpg/png files, so the file is 7mb but in this case.. it's just a number
I made this for Samsung Galaxy A3 please note that the Files are in *.qmg format.
For anyone who wants to make a Bootanimation.zip i uploaded the image files but without the desc.txt

To make it clear, i do not take any responsibilty for crashes, brick, bootloops or other failures from wrong installation!
Installation:
Make a backup of your originals!
- Go to /system/media
- Rename bootsamsung.qmg and bootsamungloop.qmg to *.qmg.bak
- copy and overwrite files from sdcard to /system/media via RootExplorer or ES Explorer
- Set permissions to rw--r--r (chmod 644)
- reboot and enjoy
You may also can push it via adb but thats your own choice.
