hello guys, so im going to buy a htc one m7 801e s a refurbished phone for 212 $, but i dont undersand what is this 801e mean, which country does it belong ? can someone tell me is the htc one m7 e801 good to buy ?
801e should be the asian, 801n the European.

The 801e doesnt have LTE radio, its gsm/hspa only (M7_U)

801 rom are not compatible with 802 model unless explicitly stated in the rom thread

If im not mistaken, the J One is exclusive to a CDMA carrier in Japan. If you buy a carrier-locked device, it wont work outside Japan. If its unlocked, post the link to the device. I may be able to help you. I wouldn't buy it if I were you.

I bought a sprint htc one m7 off ebay in the US because I read it supports GSM (I live in the UK). But I can't get it to recognize my SIM card, any suggestions? I am currently running CM11.

The at&t m7 is the same variant as the standard M7, it's M7_UL. So yes you'll be able to install rom from this forum without problems.
