[Q] i9305 doesn't boot anymore after failed update (TWRP)

Hey guys,
i just created this account because i'm really lost right now.
since 3 days i'm trying to flash a new version of cyanogenmod on my phone, but it always failed because of an TWRP error (error status 7).
it wasn't really a problem because i just flashed the working version(cm-11-20131222-Nightly-i9305) back on and everything was alright.
but now i accidentally deleted this version and the cyanogenmod site doesn't list it anymore.
i've been trying to install a new version on the phone with always the same error no matter which version i try.
after i looked it up here, i deleted the assert part in the updater-script. doesn't work either.
so i upgraded the TWRP to the current version via Odin because i read it could help.
and now it only saids:
set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed.
E: Error executing updater binary in zip <PATH>
Error flashing zip <PATH>
and i can only boot into the download or recovery mode now.
i hope anybody can help me with that. i also could offer the recovery.log from TWRP if it would help.
Wrong forum, i9305 has a specific section where you're most likely to receive an answer. Report your own post and ask a moderator to move it.
Usual advice is to flash a full stock rom using odin then start over, check the md5 of any downloads.

Boot stuck when flashing Android Revolution

Hi, Just got my HTC One.
I've unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP.
When I try to flash Android Revolution it goes through the motions installs everything but the last line of the log says:
set_metadata_recursive: some changes have failed
When I click "ok" it says, "There is no OS loaded, continue?"
Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

What version of TWRP are you using. I recommend TWRP 2.6.3.3

Wrong stock recovery installed. OTA expect 6.09.401.12 (366813.12) but you have 6.09.401.5 (366813.5) installed.
If you can't find stock recovery 6.09.401.12, download OTA, select install later, copy OTA zip from Download folder to PC. Open OTA zip with 7-zip, open firmware.zip, extract out recovery.img <--- use this one.
Or you can use this one that I extracted from the OTA : http://sourceforge.net/projects/htcone/files/Recovery/STOCK/7.19.401.2_recovery.img/download

Be carefull, this error is fired by a safty-mechanism who checks, if the rom is for this device. If error 7 shows up, this check somehow failed.
If you sure that this rom is compatible and meant for your device you can try this:

Only official released binaries are allowed to be flashed* after rooting

After installing TWRP and rooting my device on the latest firmware N950FXXU5CRHA,
I get an error message when I power on the device and it won't boot up
(Only official released binaries are allowed to be flashed)
I got root working but when I try to restart it, I always ended up getting that message and I need to flash again the official firmware and losing my root again
any solutions for this? :crying:

After flashing TWRP and rebooting you have to delete "securitylogagent" in system/app before rebooting again.

I deleted "securitylogagent in system/app but when I restarted my phone, I still got that errror. But anyways, I did install a custom rom on my phone to obtain root without any problems
