Is there a possibility you could provide links to the Mobile Hotspot APKs you used to replace the stock ones?
Thank you!

If you flash a rooted ROM you'll be rooted. If you flash an unrooted ROM (and a stock ROM is unrooted), you'll still have to root.
Kingo is a lot easier than flashing a ROM is all you want to accomplish is rooting. Flash a ROM if it's different than the ROM you're running, and you want those differences. (If you're at NB4, use Kingo 1.5 or earlier, the latest one (1.6, IIRC) won't do NB4.)

well its simply said xD but it takes alot of work, ive been working on the xt1068 version for 3 weeks silently, the apk weight removal is a very very heavy process, if you compare apks you can see the size of them are much lower compared to other apks with the same version and signature,

You are welcome.
Silly question, but does this app require root?
If you are running KitKat the OP says root is not necessary.
Thanks. Had I known before, I would have kept my AT&T Note 4, just sayin', lol
