Guess nobody has this case for the Note II. I think the OP was concerned about the magnets interfering with the S pen which obviously the iPhone review wouldn't cover at all.
How does it stay in the case? I don't see any bumpers or sticky tape.

It has magnets and if it doesn't interfere with your s-pen it will mess up the magnetic strips on any cards you're foolish enough to store in it. Stay away. If you want a case like this get either a Spigen Snap or Spigen Valentinus.

I wonder - will I have to remove the cover every time I want to put the phone into the Gear VR or is there some additional space that would fit the thicker than normal phone?

It doesn't work with the S-View cover - I've tried. I'm sure that eventually you will be curious enough yourself to try and force the N4 with the case but it won't work well
Oh and chances are that your wallet case is thicker than the s-view so yes, you will have to remove your cover/case each time.

Did anybody purchase a waterproof case for the device? Lifeproof hasn't come out yet with their product, and I'm not sure how safe the cheap brands over eBay are... Any suggestions?

What's the difference between that and a ziplock bag?
I would love an actual case with waterproofing, but I imagine the curved screen makes that hard to produce.
Anyone try the new Lifeproof FRE for the Galaxy S6 on an edge? I'm looking for a waterproof case as well.

I have that one and thats the one i use whenever i go to the beach
And it is very usable i like it because it does protect from water and most important for me Sand.

Just curious, when you use the case how do you turn off your screen? I see there is no access to the power or volume buttons...

This is the one I'm going to buy. It is water resistant, you still can't use your phone underwater, but it is very durable and it is perfect for my needs (cycling)
By the way, lifeproof fre should fit in s6 edge since our phone is smaller than flat s6.

I would avoid that case entirely. It's a piece of pot metal junk. I wasted 25 bucks on it.

How?? It's the only thing negative I have to turn the screen down and hope it turns off I also use the power saving mode on that reduces the time that the screen is turned on. And reduces the processor speed so doesn't get hot inside of the case.

It might fit but that doesn't mean it'll retain it's waterproofness. The whole point of getting that case would be for the water tight seal... Man with every passing day I regret "upgrading" from my galaxy s5. This phone might be sexier but it's definitely 1 step forward, 10 steps backwards.

Why do you need a water proof case? I put my phone inside my bag or locker before I go into water/sea.

I think they have normal case, but then dont make a good waterproof.
i need a case like that protects also the edge of the screen because most of the cases being sold only protects half of it also that is vr gear compatible without removing any have idea or it does not exist
Any luck finding one? Someone on here mentioned shaving off the rubber bumpers and maybe it works with (certain?) cases? Unsure.. I was hoping the beetle pro full case would be workable somehow.
I can't see much success. It's far too tight in the VR for a case too.

Your not going to find a case that fits the brace. Maybe skins or screen protector
I had a slickwrap on mine and it works, but if you want to use a case you would need to cut it to actually fit.

Hi! Upgrading from the tab s4 to the s8. Guess I'm not the only one! What are prior using for cases? Anything that ISNT on Amazon? It seems like it's the same 3 or 4 cases rebranded? Amazon looks more and more like FBA version of Alibaba. I'm sick of it...
Looking for something low profile that protects well and holds the pen. Don't need a keyboard. Something tactically playing would be nice. I don't really care for the smooth (cheap) tpu feel. I also don't care for the behemoths with all the **** on the back unless it's really low profile.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I'm using the Ultra's keyboard cover, but I was very tempted to get the - I believe it's the Spigen. They had several different cases, including a very tough one. Ideally, I'd like to combine both the Samsung keyboard cover and the Spigen. If I wasn't using the Samsung one, I would be very tempted.
Again, this was months ago, so it's possible it was a different brand, but I don't think so. There should be another thread or two in this section about cases, and that's probably where we were discussing their options, but just check on their site, and you should find them to take a look.

I have the same case and the same complaint. Its a bit bulky, I would like to find a thinner case that locks in the s-pen on the back.
