I should add this won't make your bootlader unlockable. All it does is change the status back to yes for those who have unlockable bootloaders.
I repeat if your device has a locked bootloader and cannot be unlocked, flashing this changes nothing.

By the way, that will only work if you have S-Off. Otherwise the bootloader can will only flash official PG32IMG.zip files that are signed by HTC.

In Chinesse forum, they root using advanced stock kernel with CMW, even they CWM write in Chinesse language, so I'm using Doom kernel

I love how "warranty" has now become a verb
No, it will say "RELOCKED" instead of "LOCKED". You need to S-OFF to remove the "RELOCKED" and change it back to "LOCKED". Search it up here.
BTW, dont post questions in the development section. Q&A buddy.

[Q] Where is the forum?

Hello,
I saw a comment here on xda in this section that is a whole forum investigating the
Bootloader locked can't enable OEM unlock situation. Can somebody link me this forum? Or a thread here on XDA where I can track daily the latest news about to solve this brick solution? (Reliable and fast updated)
Thank you!

no bro, flashing firmware will not relock the bootloader...
---------- Post added at 02:33 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:28 AM ----------
btw , @Bonesezz , bro , why do you want to relock?? mostly due to return to warranty??
even if you relock the phone, they will know that you had unlocked it.. so its a waste of time to relock the phone..
but if you want, traditional way works perfect... fastboot oem lock <your unlock code>

Yes you can try. Not all service centre check those things so dont worry. You can say you got it this way only.

Flashing the stock rom will lock your bootloader automatically.

i think so. because i have Huawei gt3 nmo l31 phone. no official rollback has been released so far. but i reflashes a stock rom of same build number from other website. now it says bootloader unlocked, when we check in command prompt. but still displays the warning at restart and cannot relock... There is no solution! right??

How you unlock bootloader? if via adb, same way is for relock

yes, but it now returns root type is risk message
basically i just want to get rid of "your phone is at risk " message displayed during restart. that's all
