My Ascend P7 is absolutely bricked
Hi guys,
I have this problem as well. I interrupted a stock firmware upgrade using TWRP and my Huawei Ascend P7 is now in a boot loop.
I have I tried to flash several Huawei stock "boot.img" and "recovery.img" using fastboot in command prompt. The files get flashed but they don't work when I reboot to recovery.
I can still boot to fastboot mode so I hope there is something i can do to fix it.
Help guys!!! Help!!!

The hide operator name is not working i even changed the local.prop settings manualy and made it to false! But none happened

Iam very noob,please help step-by-step.....
my phone: emui 3.0 B609. I cant full root....i delete se_immutable list, but the next reboot is work again. I think this HRT kernel (and boot.img) fixed this problem. But I dont know how isnstall kernel and boot.img. Please write stepbystep how to install kernel and boot image.

I cant root my P7-L00 with official EMUI 3.0 (B608) with RootGenius 1.8.7. I want to have a totally english rom, now there are still some chinese texts flying around.
Any1 else having a P7-L00 with the new Emui 3.0 rom not able to root the phone using vRoot or Rootgenius? Is there a guide to do this manually or will the software to root your phone be updated soon?

Somewhere on forum is root guide via chinese CWM. You should try it.

Solution for root ascend p7
here is to downgrade ascenp p7 L00 emui 3 for 2.3
install and when finish you can install any room.

Excelent Job, so I flash this cust through fastboot, I'm on B133 ROM, the thing is, I can't see anything on /cust... or in /data/cust actually /cust is empty and /data/cust does not exists... what should I need to do?
So I don't know if this this is stupid but i install the ported miui 6 for l05/l07 on my l10 and when I put the sim card pin I receive an fc com.android.phone, the ROM is Chinese change the cust could solve the problem?

I'm new here and I have a question. When I'm looking for better ROM for my Huawei Ascend P7 (EMUI is awful) people write like "Stock-advanced-kernel" and "Custom ROM" what is the difference?
And when we are talking about specific phone does "stock kernel" mean Stock Android or example EMUI Android?
I'm sorry if it's hard to understand what I'm asking because english isn't my native language. :-s

I update yesterday, my p7 to lollipop, and i had a bad news, i discovered that huawei with the update, enables de encryptation, making the phone slow down, and you can't change the type of security to none. If anyone know something about this, and can help, i will be thankful
