I'm downloading now, but it's really slow, only 21 KB/s.

What about that toolszip ???? the translate isn't great.

The rom in Zdune's thread is a pre-alpha. This is the real stable version.
Download speed very low by the way...

As far as I'm concerned it isn't.

i test this rom with doomkernel v4 it's working fine no lag and no issue just 2 apps still in Chinese Monitor+anti spam+some word in gallery

with CWM.

Just for the record, Theme Manager will not work on v4 roms yet.

That was the only point for switching to MIUI for me

But some themes from MIUI Gingerbread are just semi-working

The term "Chakra" means wheel.
And this rom is as smooth as a wheel.
Hence I named the rom as Chakra

How is the battery drain with this rom?

Lasts 1 and a half day with normal usage

I couldn't get it to work...It would just get stuck on the Google account screen and I couldn't do anything else.
The version I have now is CyanogenMod-7.2.0-RC0-dart-KANG. Once I flashed that, my phone went from being a Samsung Dart T499 to a Galaxy Mini SGH T499.

Custom rom that is not based on ICS!

Guys and gals...i want to make (customize cm7.2 offical), and i wish to make something that is not so ordinary as ICS, Miui and Xperia roms...as well as i know, there is a few good teams that making roms from scratch...so, ICS, Xpria, MiUi are covered, they have a good team to make them perfect...but, there is others OSs in other phones... So, which one would you like to see next...Windows phone (there is 2 custom roms based on that, but not complete), Meego (hard, but manageble), Symbian (piece of cake), or something else you would like to see on your phone? pls, suggest me, i would like to help, cause when i get here, a lot of you make me understand everything about our mini, so this is how i repay...

That is not something I know. I only have tried it on CyanogenMod Official builds.
I can only assume it might, I just don't personally run anything but the Official builds or my own Unofficial builds (that are not posted or really any different than CMs right now).

If you flash the snapshot on a CM13 NIGHTLY it will have issues. This is the whole reason for 2 versions.
One for SNAPSHOT CM13 builds and one for NIGHTLY builds.

Okay so..
A: I do not know what to pull to get the COS lockscreen with blur. That is why it is not listed as an included feature.
B: I will not flash Sultans build even for testing bugs. I ONLY support Cyanogen/CyanogenMod official ROMs or my own personal builds I don't upload or release anymore.
So any other ROMs.. They're hit or miss and I will not change my packages for them.
If you feel a need to change them.. You can easily do so with basic understanding of English and RAR (Play Store).
Sorry but I've learned the hard way about compensating for Custom ROMs. It gets too crazy too fast.
These are as universal as it'll get.

Which version should I use for Sultan's ROM?
I want just cortana and themes
Need I any others libs put somewhere into system? Because cortana and even themes don't work.
Is cortana worth anyway?
I know you don't support custom roms but let's say I have official cm build and want only cortana what should I do?

Thanks for the suggestion it works now !! Can you make a new zip without Max Audio in it, i tried deleting a few files but seems the libs got installed anyways.

Another way to find the files you need to remove is to look in the addon.d folder. The script lists every file installed, and backed up for ota update compatibility.
If I remember right.. All the maxxaudio files are in a group so you'd only have a list of what to remove
