Yeah I have done in the blocknotification I add Phone application, but when I receive a call, the watch vibrates the same

Ah you didn't mention you had already tried that. Perhaps this is one of many bugs in lollipop (assuming your on 5.0.1).
I tried this too and the notification does still get through. Perhaps its something else.

sms and calll blocker on 5.1 nexus 6

Hi,
I have a nexus 6 with Afirewall blocker installed with lollipo 5.1 .Before the update when i was on 5.01 i used to be able to type in a code to get to the firewall and see my text and calls that were blocked etc. Now with the update if i have a normal sms come through, once i put the code in , it just takes me to the sms screen and not the Afirewall blocker.
Is there another way to block sms and calls on 5.1?

I haven't found any decent working SMS blocker for Android 5.x... they all need to be your default SMS app which kinda sucks. The only SMS app with a usefull blocking feature is Handcent SMS but it is way too big for a simple SMS app. Textra's blocking feature is really bad and hard to use. Especially when you want to add e.g. 60 numbers to the blacklist.. it will take you.. 1 hour?
call master seems to be working on 5.1

And it works perfectly well ! Thanks for sharing this.
Does it need to be rooted?

Actually I am not sure but I would guess so. The description says it works at system level for better performance.

Priority notification system

I need to turn off all notifications at night as well as calls except from a few contacts. So far, so good and it seems the new system allows that
However, I also want alarms to work. Is that possible to do?
Thanks

Did you really need to start a new thread? haha
But to answer your question, I am pretty sure alarms work with the priority notification system as long as you are on 5.1 or higher. There is even text that says "Alarms are always priority interruptions" in mine. But if not, you can set times. Like so.

Quick for Wear - Reply with keyboards and quick replies on whatsapp, fb, hangouts etc

I just purchased it for my new Huawei watch. Let's see how it goes . Android Wear needs that sort of interaction (I cannot use voice all the time!)

Hi
The software works as advertised. Thanks for the excellent software. However, this is my wishlist:
In Whatsapp and Telegram notifications, the profile picture of the person who sent the message doesn't not appear on the watch if i use Quick for Wear. However, the picture appears if i disable Quick and use the standard Whatsapp
There is no emoji keyboard or no way to use at the same time Quick reply and draw an emoji feature of Google wear
This is limitation for Android Wear. If someones send a picture in Whatsapp, I only get a notification but i cannot see the image on the watch. I don't know if someone could write an app or if you can add this to Quick
Also a limitation of Android Wear (and not related to Quick), you can only reply to messages and not create a new message. I hope Google can implement this later
Again, Thank you for this app. Being able to reply to messages on the watch is great )

Let me answer you point to point:
This is normal. We have picture mirroring planned but not implemented yet.
You can actually access an emoji list long pressing the lightning icon
This could be done, but I'm not sure it would be a good idea to bring it in Quick. I'll investigate
This can be done only with root and xposed at the moment

Thanks for answers. I didn't know about the emoji, very handy I will be waiting for the picture mirroring
Too bad i cannot root my S6 without tripping Knox so xposed is out of the question at the moment. Sending a SMS or hangout is not as popular as Whatsapp here

Do you have planned to add the number 4? It would be very cool if I can send messages without waiting for somebody to message me and Instead just open an app in my watch and send it directly.
Enable issue
Just bought the app recently but can't seem to enable the notification/app. Currently using the Huawei p8w 5.0.1 with a moto 360 v1.
After selecting the app for notifications, it still shows up as "Disabled"
Tried changing the notification settings but still not working, app isnt showing up on my watch either.
Anyone with the same issue?

try restarting your phone. the state you see there is directly changed by the operating system, so if it's not changing, it's because the phone is not giving permissions to access notifications to the app.

Not really, Quick was projected as a no-root solution. Wear Messenger has an xposed module and antiviruses keep throwing false alarms on it. (and the 360 security support is not doing anything). I don't want the same plague to kill Quick.

Yes, please keep it as a non-root solution. Or in case you ever implemented it, maybe use a two programs solution: one normal and one root
Thx
Hey ! I own the Moto 360 2nd and "Quick for Wear".
Problem: I enabled the keyboard but if i get a whatsapp message i cant repley with keyboard
WHY? pls help me.
Hi
Sometimes, the toggle for Quick for Wear is set by itself to disable, However, the toggle is still on in the notification access settings. I have to re-enable it to start receving notifications on the watch.
It is totally random

About point 3, I don't know if it's possible but it would be awesome if you can add it. Maybe a good way to open the image and not make the conversation difficult to read is, when someone send an image you will see in the chat: Image, and when you tap on it you see the image.
I don't know how difficult it would be, I really like your work with that app, as bought it some days ago and I'm so happy with it but if you can add it the app will be just perfect.
Pd: Sorry for my English, I'm from Spain and I'm still studying it hahaha

Android Wear 2.6, Worth it? my experience

Well, I went back from 2.0 to 1.5 as most of us, it was more like a downgrade than upgrade: many features lost, disappointing battery life in general, assistant not working properly or taking too long, etc
I read the news about 2.6 the other day and say: why not? Let's try it.
Did a full restore, flashed original 1.5 files, and let it update on his own for around 1 or 2 hours. The watch restarted several times during this process.
IS IT BETTER THAN 2.0?
Yes, at least for me.
Everything is the same, same options, same screens. But the performance is quite better:
- With 2.0, assistant did not work for me outside a wifi network. And when it did, the time for response was reaaaaally slow. With 2.6 assistant work without any problem.
- with 2.0 I had 25% battery left at the end of the day (12~14hrs aprox). With 2m6 I have 40% at the end of the day. (with 1.5 like 60% but well, it's a quite know problem the battery drain).
Aside from that, everything is the same.
Hope this post helps anyone out there still using his LG G Watch R
Hi,
Thank you for this feedback.
When you say, "everything is the same", do you mean the same than AW2.0 or AW1.5?
Are we able now to switch off the screen with a double tap on the side button?
Are we able to accept calls and reject calls with a predefined SMS?
Are we able to access to the drawer apps with a simple screen swipe on the left?
Are we able to see missing notifications in the background of the watchface?

Nope, but I use AutoWear: create floating icon, profile for double tap on it: enable tether mode.

Accept calls: yes
Decline: yes, but no option to send a SMS.

Nope, but again: possible using AutoWear.

Not sure about what do you mean... Hmm... If you have missing notifications, when you turn screen on, there a kind of 'popup' icon on the bottom than indicates you the last missed notification. Also a counter of missed notifications.
Hope it helps!
Wear 2.7.0 is out now.

You just have to update android wear app (v 2.7 now) on both phone and watch
Since v2.6 there's a connection status indicator (see the Bluetooth logo on my 1st screenshot)

I installed and activated Hangouts on my phone, then installed the wear version on my watch. Now I can send SMS messages directly from my watch without my phone by using to a wifi connection. I haven't found an email client that I like, but just being able to send an SMS is a big bonus. The LG G Watch R is still one of the best looking android watches out there. I also switch watch bands that are made for the Huawei Watch 2. If this watch had NFC I wouldn't even look for something new, I'd just change the battery when it gets weak.

Android Messages, customizable notifications? Has anyone figured out how?

I've been a android messages user for a while now, but since emui 8 on my p20 pro, I've not been able to set customizable notifications for different contacts. Thought it would work the way as Gmail app, but no luck. I'm using 3rd party app for the moment (TEXTRA), but I don't like it. Anyone have any answers?

Does Android messages do the same thing on other phones?
Yeah it does, I've used it since my P8, and my wife uses it on her P10. Checked again yesterday, can change notifications to whatever she wants. Its like they made it the same as their old sms app.
For some reason huawei has removed this option from android messages. One of many unexplained software decisions with emui

google made this rules
as new Google rule all messaging should happen via Google messaging app only
Wasn't Google, had a chat with the other week. They have no control of what Huawei did. And Huawei just said sorry, I'll ask our Devs team to look into it but they are looking into 9 pie, so they may never fix it.

which is fine, but it still does not answer why you can customize notifications in the google messaging app on any other phone, but not on huawei.

So many poor choices made by Huawei with respect to EMUI!

Tried it and it took me to the App Notifications Setting screen - selecting Messages does not show any settings to change the notification tone.
You should see an entry called Other notifications, click on that (the text not the toggle button and you will then be able to set the Sound and other options.

Actually, the entry is called "Default" in my case but the rest of your instructions are perfect.
