If you mean the method used in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831152 then yes, I used "Method 2 - ClockworkMod Recovery" on my original tablet firmware.
Finally there is a N8010 ROM...
Thanks!

The kernel is just the stock kernel so I'm not sure. You could try iptables (beta) from the Play Store and see how you go.

Recovery Builder builds at http://jenkins.cyanogenmod.com/ and syncs with CyanogenMod Github, so i guess it´s kinda official...
here´s some better changelog : https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_bootable_recovery/commits/cm-10.1
Could you perhaps make a flashable zip for the Nexus 7 of the latest CWM recovery? You don't have to by any means, but it would be nice...

Hello, my friends!
i just built an updated version of CWM of the sources of cm-11.0 for myself, so i thought it might be nice to share it with you guys.
Please note that this is not fully tested yet and that it's for our new bootloader only!
Installation: The zip is a flashable zip like a rom, just flash it with your current recovery like you know it from tonyp's twrp builds.
Download:
http://dl.bangl.de/?dir=android/cwm p990
Changes since 6.0.2.x:
follows the new mounting principle introduced with the fstab/fsmgr/vold changes since cm-10.2, including its own mini-vold
selinux support. (not affecting us)
support for the new updater-script commands "set_metadata" and "set_metadata_recursive"
support for certificates using SHA-256
new function: quick install from last install path
fixed secure adb
and a bunch of other fixes.
A long wanted update, tnx a lot
Sorry for OT see your signature about your own build CM11 could you please share for test.Thanks.
That's a good news, currently downloading and I will give it a try Thank you.

you could flash it via the AIO-Toolkit. theres an option to just flash the recovery without touching other partitions.
All my 10.2 ROMS can't be installed under 6.0.4.7 recovery. Only CM11 can be installed.

Hi! You can't install CWM For LG P990, you need to change from source code the bootloader with your phone.
It use an MTK6572, so see this post and try to ask here if someone has built a CWM for your phone

small feedback
Booting correctly
Backup/restore work (the backup seems to take longer (30 mins) than with version 2.8.5.0
MTP not work (same 2.8.5.0)
adb devices ok (not tried more)
Possible to have standard name for sdcard (for script compatibility) and android secure support?
Code:
/[COLOR="Red"]external_sd[/COLOR] exfat /dev/block/mmcblk1p1 /dev/block/mmcblk1 flags=display="External SDCard";storage;[COLOR="Red"]andsec[/COLOR]

Kenzo/Kate Firmware by @reemar
The newest firmware there is, made by me:
- it came from latest version of global beta by miui.
- extracted firmware and create zip u to flash at Recovery!
Q/A:
It is VoLTE working on this firmware?
It should work now, but i can't test It becouse my provider has no VoLTE. Try and tell me!
Any risk of relocking bootloader flashing this firmware?
Absolutely not. NO emmc_appsboot.mbn = NO BOOTLOADER F****ups
aka - it will not relock your bootloader
Why i need this firmware?/What it is good for?
If you want to flash a CM13/14/14.1/AOSP N rom, you need to flash this updated firmware first.
it FIXED and improves Signal, Gyroscope, Accelerometer, Magnetic sensors in Redmi Note 3
For what reason i have to choose this firmware instead of another one?
If you have flashed another firmware, you probably have those issues: battery percentage not working, camera autofocus not working, low signal strenght. If not, stay on your firmware.
BUT, this firmware is the great and latest, so u probably should ONLY flash that Firmware
Where are you getting it from?
I'm extracting the firmware from official beta/developers release of xiaomi miui.
i'm taking the firmware only and give it to you to be use, on any rom u want!
How to install:
-reboot to recovery
-wipe whatever u want, (i wipe dalvik and cache cos i'm dirty )
-mount everything u can tick such as firmware and system
-install firmware
-afterwards factory reset is recommended although not must cos we R dirty
-install your rom/gapps/kernel whatever
-reboot and say thanks!!
-Enjoy
Dictionary:
Dirty = dirty flash, not wipe everything, aka 'flash over' cos we lazy to backup and restore stuff's
KENZO = the official global version of Redmi note 3 SD650 and its 150mm height
KATE = the Special Edition version of Redmi note 3 SD650 and its 152mm height
SD = snapdragon motherboard, come on guys, u suppose to know that..

Download the latest fastboot version of the latest firmware. Compare to see what's in these flashable firmwares and check the Images directory of the fastboot firmware. Copy them over to the flashable zip. That's probably the easiest way.

Maybe the easiest way to do that by downloading custom miui rom like multirom, xiaomi.eu, epic, etc as ur wish then, extract only the firmware-update and meta inf, inside meta inf look for updater-script and edit it with any kind of text based app editor like notepad++ or else, or the meta inf you can take from the strix cm14 firmware, or psyman, etc. Finally repack it again, using rar, 7zip, or else, with .zip format. And enjoy.

MIUI beta 7.2.16 firmware is identical to beta 7.2.9 firmware. Those who have already flashed 7.2.9 don't need to flash 7.2.16.
