Help Me!!! HTC Pure

Hello,
I am a total noob to this stuff and I am a little lost. I just recently moved to Ukraine from the states I have an HTC Pure and after many days of discussions with AT&T I finally received my unlock code so I could use it with a Ukrainian provider. Now I can receive and make calls.
I configured it to the providers specifications for data and I can receive email and check weather through the quick applications on the phones OS. However, I can not use Internet Explorer Mobile or Opera. The same goes for the tethering of the modem, I get remote pary has ended ..... which I find strange because that is same error message I got with AT&T when I had unlimited data. These would be greatly appreciated, because it is quite difficult to find a stable affordable internet source in the rural place I am at. The cell phone provider said these services are provided, but it is my phones problem and to install a fresh OS that is not AT&T. I think this probably is true since i can get email and weather.
To fix this problem I was thinking I would have to hard unlock it and install a new ROM and maybe that might work. Or maybe there could be an easier way?
Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks
So ya
So ya my hypothesis was correct and it is possible to hard unlock your pure for any pure owners out there. Once I installed Crem Da la Crem Rom my data connection and tethering worked flawlessly.

[Q] Getting phone MSL without contacting carrier?

This pertains to the crowd who cannot retrieve there MSL through means of there carrier and brings to light to anyone who has figured out a method in retrieving the phones SPC/MSL to access the configuration settings. I hope this matter can be resolved by a developer as im sure many of us folks are in dyer need to have our MSL. The purpose of this post is to open discussion and remind the community that past methods of retrieving the MSL have been tried and no longer work for the Note 3 and new methods would be appreciated.

Security Error: This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked

Security Error: This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked
Hi to everyone, see, I'm really desperate about this, it may be the biggest issue of all my life.
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920T from T-Mobile six months ago and it was working perfectly. Today when I was using the phone it got a little dumb so I reset it and when it started up this two messages appeared on my screen:
Security Error:.
This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked,
Call your mobile operator for additional support.
Please note that repair/return for this issue may have additional cost.
Network Lock:
"This device can be remotely unlocked if eligible. Please use the "Device Unlock" application to unlock the device, Make sure the device has an internet connectivity to use the "Device Unlock" application
Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm really sad because I don't have money to buy another phone and I have read in other forums that this is quite difficult to fix. If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it so much .
Thanks!!

Can NOT activate the device.

Hi all.
I received as a gift an European X4 and activated it. I created a new gmail because i was unsure whether i want it or i should give it to my litle brother. unfortnately, decided to upgrade to A1 rom version, in order to check the camera quality, and now i can not activate it. i know the password of the new gmail but do not remeber the whole nickname and the phone number that i entered does not work to log in.
Yet, the bootloader is unlocked and twrp is bootable. I remember that i resolved that issue with my old lg g3 by deleting some files in twrp but can not find a solution in this case.
Any ideas ? It will be greatly appreciated.
I am scanning the web for a solution. It looks like this is a protective measure against unauthorized access. If i present all documents for the device, will google assist me ?
Hi all, i coped with the problem but it is outrageous how easy i bypassed the frp. the process should be improved.

Is It Possible To Bypass FRP on Galaxy Note 9 SM-960U running Android 9

Hi everyone.
First of all, apologies if this is a duplicate thread. I did try searching the forums before posting but couldn't seem to find the information I am looking for.
I have a Galaxy Note 9 (SM-960U on the Spectrum network in the USA, running Android 9) which use to belong to my step sister in law who has passed away. I purchased the phone off my in laws while they were wrapping up her affairs to help pay the device out of the contract it was under.
Before they gave me the phone they carried out a factory reset on the device. We are now trying to set the phone up for me but cannot get past the Factory Reset Protection, as we do not know the password to her Google account. (none of us knew about this security feature until after we tried setting up the phone).
So far we have tried:
* Trying all known or possibly known passwords to her Google account
* Attempting to reset the password on her Google account via PC so we can enter the new password on the phone when prompted
* Contacting Samsung Australia (the in laws moved to Australia to be closer to us) but apparently they can't assist as it's a US model.
* Contacting Samsung USA, who just pointed me to a Youtube video which didn't work
* Attempting to contact Google to see if we could get her account unlocked (we have her Death Certificate and a Stat Dec stating we own the phone), but they are near on impossible to get any help out of..... although we are still trying.
* Flashing the phone with the generic US firmware to see if that clears her account off the phone
*Multiple different How To and Youtube videos we've found online.
We have been working on this phone for weeks now and are running out of ideas. Has anyone successfully bypassed the FRP on this model or this version of Android that could assist?
Thanks to anyone who can help or point me in the right direction.
Cheers.

First of all, I am sorry for your loss.
Discussions about bypassing FRP are not allowed on XDA as the information could be used by people who buy stolen phones and then remove FRP to re-sell them at a higher price.
Google Account password reset should be fairly easy if a phone number was linked to the account, as that will send a text to the phone number and allow you to reset the password.
However, if that doesn't work, Samsung should be able to remove it, if you provide them with the necessary documentation (Purchase receipt, death certificate etc). Although this will be tricky seeing as though you are in Australia and it is a US variant device.
