Hi, our bafteries should have 3,8V. Battery monitor shows my battery has 3,804V, sometimes 3,9V. My battery drain is about 30% per hour. When I'm writing this post, my battery lost 6%. I think the voltage is the problem. This is battery issue, hardware issue or maybe this is normal ? I'm using newest NamelessROM. Thanks for the answers.

Is there a software that control how your battery will be charged?
I know there is a tweak that allow your device to connect to your phone and sync without charging it.
However, I'm looking for a program that will let my battery drain till like 2% before it start charging. The reason I want this to happen is because it'll improve the performance of my battery. It's always good to drain out the battery before fully charge it again.
I don't know about any app that will do that for you, but no charging while syncing can be done in the settings:
settings/system/energy -> Don't charge while conected to PC
Interresting?
You said you want to discharge your battery to almost 2%
Mayby interesting to read the story about Li-ion batteries.
http://www.batteryuniversity.com/index.htm
They say that's it isn't always good to discharge the Li-Ion battery totally.
besides:
Low Maintenance - no periodic discharge is needed; there is no memory.
Good Luck,

That's interesting
Thanks
this is totally wrong
you drain the ni/cd batteries for better performance not the cellularphones.
you drain the cellularphones battery ,potentially kill some battery cells.
drain it to 2% more than 15 times kills half of it capacity and/or age.
Hey guys, I have a weird issue. Regardless what ROM I am on, my battery percentage will randomly drop like 10%
Randomly, I will be using it, I'll be at 70%, then it will just drop to 60%, normal use. Been happening a lot more recently.
Is this a sign of a battery going bad? I've had this phone roughly a year (Stock battery).
Thanks!
What does your battery life look like? A battery's performance WILL degrade over time, but if your battery life is still good enough for you, I don't see any harm in continuing to use it.
You could get an app like Battery Monitor Widget. It will keep track of usage and calculate the health of the battery. You can also try wiping battery stats (the app can do that too), it could just be the phone mis-reading the battery...
hello guys. i think that my battery is draining way too fast than it shouldn't be, my phone is now 9 months old. when i charge my phone last night, i saw that the battery percentage is on 92%. i just opened a game, just to check something. when i closed the game, the battery is now 100%. i think the game that i opened does not even exceed to 5mins.
do you think that my battery is not working properly? cause when i watch movies, approximately, 25-30% only of the battery discharges, but now it discharges up to 45-50%.
by the way, im on a locked bootloader running the existenz black version.
is there any way on how can i prolong my battery life? i use greenify (donated version).
how to calibrate the battery?
thanks guys.
Hi guys I've a problem with the battery drain irrespective of the ROM I use. The battery discharges normally from 100 to 29 %. Then their is a sudden drop from 29% to 15%. Wiping the battery stats hasn't helped. Also if I allow the phone to automatically switch off and then I plug it in to charge and then allow the phone to charge upto 2 or 3% and then reboot the phone, the battery percentage after the phone reboots will have jumped to 33%. Any solution to get this faulty battery stats corrected?
It's a really frustrating problem. Any solutions plz.
What ROM did you use? If its MM based, try to use wakelock detector and amplify battery extender
Hello,
The battery usage indicator of my tablet is stuck at 50% and the voltage which is read out from there battery is stuck at 4000mV. I found the recommendation to unplug the battery for another phone which could help with battery problems. Unfortunately this is not that easy for this tab.
Does anybody know where the voltage is read from? Is there a controller in the battery which reads this value or is it read by the tab and can this be possibly be fixed by replacing the battery? The tablet is running fine and the battery seems to charge, but it's a little bit inconvenient not to know the current battery state.
