66 hours of battery life standy by normal? Only few msgs made.

Using barebone rom, voice command, spb 3.5, filesys.exe seem to be using 16.3mb in cpu..
66 hours = 3 days (almost).
Yes, I think it is normal.
Actually, with jack 3.1 lite ROM and spb3.5 my xperia last 5 days (5sms per day, 15minutes call per day, airplane mode at night)
My X1 drains in 1 day. Im playing games and listening to the radio about 2-3h, otherwise its standby. Its that ok?
i worked out it uses about 1% to 2% battery when in standby mode for 9 hours in standby. and thats with stock and christian rom. turing phone off also is best

Turning the phone off when you're not going to touch it for a few days would be best. If not the very act of turning it back on will waste more battery than leaving it on. It IS a smartphone OS, not a dumbphone. [Of course, there are some pretenders like the iPhone OS, but when you can't even multitask (sans Apple applications) how can you even have the face to call it a smartphone OS? At best, a smart-dumbphone OS.]
66 hrs of battery..life..awesome
so is there any way except changing the rom i can increase the battery life.. i am using the latest Christian rom
nd yes it drains the cell in one day

Battery drain problem

Hello,
I had Xperia Active and it's battery last for 3 days. Now I have V and it lasts for 24 hours. System android has 43% of battery usuage and display is only 18%. I think this is weird because display should have half of the usuage (that was on every android system I have seen). Why is system android taking so much battery?
update to latest firmware via pc companion or downgrade with flashtool, if the problem persists , it should be a battery problem

24 hours is normal.
Let the battery settle for a bit and check again after a few days to see what is eating the battery
It's a blessing if I got more than 8 hours with my usual usage
Xperia V has relatively small battery for 4.3 screen and 1.5ghz cpu.a day is fine.thats what i get whith T with 150mah bigger battery

Moto X 2014 Battery Issues (6.0)

Hi all,
I would like to talk about my battery. I have never gotten above 2 and a half hours of screen on time, not even on lollipop and I'm on marshmallow now. I feel like doze does not really work because the battery drains at night by over 20 percent just idling. Also, my battery chart shows 3 hours left at 85%. I noticed that Android System was usually at the top of the list of things using the battery the most. Does anyone have a fix for this situation? I only got the phone last summer and believe that battery life should be way better than this.

Battery Issues

Hi All
I bought Nokia 7 Plus yesterday and set it up, but the battery drain so fast. I left my phone to sleep with wifi on throughout my sleep it drains 10% with just pushing notifications from FB, like everytime I will get FB Notifications and not open it it will drain 1% of the battery.
Remove fb and see magic
U just answered to your question. It's not the phone, it's just crappy facebook app.
Facebook Lite is the way to go if you need FB, I think - normal version eats battery a lot, and I'm not sure if that will be fixed at all - seems like they don't care.
If you have to use Facebook, use Facebook lite or alternative apps like Friendly.
Hi, I got Nokia 7 Plus yesterday and started using it today. Initially with the battery percentage came with package, battery draining was slow. After doing first charging from 21% to 100%, battery is draining too fast. It is common for some batteries and takes some charging cycles to get battery optimized. If battery draining is happening too fast even after 3 to 5 charging cycles then there would be some fault with battery.

I got my phone day before yesterday & its now running Android 8.1 with the May security patch. Since the time of use, I've charged my phone only twice & both times charged it up to 100%. I feel the batter is draining. Please have a look at the screenshots and let me know if the battery consumption is fine or its draining fast. The battery dropped by 1% in 4 mins of the phone being idle with the display closed. Also the stock camera app is consuming a lot of battery.
I can confirm a very hard drain, too. No way to reach 7-10 hours of usage.
i'm getting about 5-5.5 hours of sot with moderate usage... Checked the app usage..where it shows PUBG used 12% battery in 38 min, 45 min of youtube drain 8% 26min Instagram drain 5%...I don't use fb much on phone when needed i mainly use fb lite... .i don't use auto brightness. so my brightness level is always 45%.. in overnight( well it's like 5-6 hours) battery percentage dropped 4%.. Wifi is always on and GPS is always on high accuracy.. in power saver 19 apps are allowed for background activity...
Battery drain
I just purchased my phone yesterday and used it for some time. I put it on charging at around 20% and didn't use it until full charge. After it got completely charged and then I just used it for few mins it went down 100% to 95% very fast; later after few mins I started suffering net and did misc stuff for about an hour it went down to 85%. Next morning I saw the battery % was 81%. Is this normal? I mean how can it last for 2 day as the company claimed. Aslo I am android 8.1.0

This has been a comman issue with Nokia 7 plus, including me. My battery had high discharge rates in both Oreo and Pie. However, post March security update, I am seeing some good battery life. I would also suggest to update to Pie and update Device Health from Play Store. Hope it works out for you.
try letting the battery drain to 0% then charging it to 100
TA1062 with build 00WW_3_51F here.
Before the march update, the phone could last for almost 2 days with moderate usage.
After the march update, I barely have 5 hours of standby time, and like 2 hour of usage time. This is crazy ! Not heating, but also randomly shuts down while it says like 65% remaining battery. I haven't changed anything else !!!
Does anyone have any idea how to improve this ?

Do a factory reset

battery or software problem??

I am software version shown in ss
I just bought the phone and only getting sot 30 mins for 10% of battery consumption i got like 4 and half hour of sot for 73% battery consumption i thought x2 pro have around 8 hr sot help me it's frustrating
Well that calculates to more than 6h SOT, which isn't that unrealistic if you used 4g and max screen brightness all the time, but there might be something draining the battery. Check the usage details. I see you use something connected to bluetooth so that might be causing the issue.
Bro i was using the brightness at 27% and nothing was connected to the Bluetooth
I installed betterbatterystats (bbs) xda edition and gsam battery app with adb rights. So you can see the deep sleep with bbs and the times of dot/phone time/ect and which app use how many ampere.
In this charging time I get 4,5 hours dot with 40 hours phone is on. I have now 34%.
Debloating, netguard firewall, no energy saving, always 90 hz.
Also i am having fps dropping issue during online gaming like pubgm or codm
What should i do to get normal 60 fps as this phone has 855+ so i can get 60 fps normally
I'm having even worse SOT and I have the same realme ui version.
I'm not as much hardcore user as a lot of you and looking at 4k mah battery I thought that I will be getting at least 7h SOT.
I'm not playing any games, right now most of the time phone is connected to wifi. What should I do? Debloat my phone? Is it somehow dangerous for my software? Can i ever go back to normal version?
location services destroyes battery on this device
i disable it for one day just to see the difference and it went from 4 hours SOT to 6 hours plus
always talking full brightness wifi some 4g 90hz
and from 100% to 1%
You have like almost 30 hours of standby, and if you use always on display, then that's at least 30% on that. If you consider this then it doesn't look that bad. You do the math. The other guy's stats concern me more.
You will need to make some adjustments, battery can be excellent but you have to be realistic,
Check out App quick freeze and freeze the apps you don't use.
Dark mode,
AOD off,Screen light effects off,
You just got the phone, tinker with it a while to see,
Also battery will drain a lot when your setting up the first day
