Yes, great work man, waiting for first build to pop out .... Thank you very much, finally official nightly with support from the legend codeworkx

I'm glad this is up

Thanks!

Am I going crazy over here or Gapps just won't work for me with this build?
I did a full wipe, installed the nightly, then installed PA Gapps and gapps just crash like crazy right after boot.
I then did a full wipe again, installed the rom, installed banks gapps hoping it will work this time, but NOPE, it doesn't bite...
Here's me doing a full wipe again, installing the rom and waiting for it to boot, then reboot to recovery, flash Gapps, but same thing happens. Setup wizard crashes and everything else gapps-related crashes too... This is a lot of fun! I'll keep trying to fix the problem, but I'd also welcome suggestions. ^_^

Yeah, mobile data is not working for me too, just noticed it coming home from work...
P.S.
Is Gapps working for you and if yes, which package?

Flashed the nightly, after a system/data wipe. I get stuck on setup wizard and google vocal assistant (if I remember the name) force closing, after entering my SIM PIN, regardless if I flash latest KK GApps, LP ones or nothing at all apart from the ROM. Is there anything I'm missing, that I should be aware of?

I dirty flash over whiteneo home build .... Try gapps in whiteneo thread....
PS I return to home build

Try these gapps: http://d-h.st/YQG

It worked! I also wiped system, this time, so I really don't know what made it work, but I'm proceeding in the setup wizard now. Thanks!

Same here. I cannot manage to install gapps.
And I also enabled the root access via developer settings, but didn't work. The xperia T just freezes when I try to get the root access in an app. :silly:

For a moment after flashing the latest nightly I seemed to have mobile data working. While setting up my phone with the initial setup wizard, "3G" appeared on the signal icon and little arrows went back and forth. That lasted seconds, then was replaced by an esclamation mark and there was no mobile data ever since...

cm12 nightlies stopped till data is fixed.

Just outta curiosity, are any of you doing a full wipe or just wiping dalvik/cache partition before upgrading from a nightly to this? I'm going to do a full one but just wondering what everyone else has done..

its an update, just a dalvik cache wipe actually though normally i do both and there are plenty that argue the need for either lol and there are some on the forum who do a full wipe. Personally i never seem to have a problem doing just a dalvik from cwm or doing both caches from recovery. I update nightly unless there is no relevancy for my device.

Is it possible to replace ADW (and possibly remove ADW) with stock launcher? Where could I find stock launcher?
Guys, how to get the GTalk with video calls working?
Just installed 7.1 over 7.0.3 + latest google apps. I just wipe dalvik cache.
It went smooth, the current version in my Nexus S 'About' is 2.3.4, BUT the gtalk app is old-fashioned, without video calling buttons.
The versions of Google Talk is 1.3
How do I fix this?
Thanks.

Accidental touching the volume key while picking up calls always hangup the call. Is there any setting to avoid this??
I have 7.1.0.1 and made a clean install and am very happy with that rom! Really, really good work!
I want to report one curiosity:
I put my contacts from LG KP500 Cookie over Bluetooth to my Tattoo and everything worked fine - with one exception: The telefon-numbers have the wrong format.
In Germany telefon-numbers look like: *0(2-4 numbers)*-*(3-8 numbers)*, e.g. 02234-7654322.
Mobile-numbers always look like: *0(3-4 numbers)*-*(7-8 numbers)*, e.g. 0159-7654322.
But the Tattoo made every contact-number I saved myself on the Cookie this format: 012-345-67891, except the pre-set service-numbers. This is quite unusual. On the Cookie my contact-numers have the format: 01234567891, which is acceptable . There was even no possibility to put a "-" into a number.
Don't know where the mistake is... Maybe there is a solution?

work ok for me
I've been trying to download this for a couple of days now, both through this page and through ROM Manager. No luck. Server issues?
i shortly did set 'keep launcher in memory', 'remove unused images' (translated from german) and 'use 16bit for transparency' in cyanogen settings, to tweak it a bit. since then i got only reboots and freezes, shortly after booting.
did those freezes/reboots before occasionaly, but now it got insane!
version 7.0.1.1 and nb221
i made a logcat after a freeze, its full of errors. ill send it on request!
managed to disable that stuff during reboots (seems like it was possible since the PIN requester didnt pop up) now it was working longer. But on first display timeout it froze again. something is seriously bugged with the latest versions.
EDIT: still reboots and freezes... only thing that seem to have stopped it again was to remove sdcard. so i guess .android_secure is faulty again. But this must have happened during use, not from flashing the ROM, since after flashing it was fine. It only happened after yesterday.
And no, i didnt touch CPU settings. Just moved some more apps to sdcard and changed the above settings (which i reverted as i wrote).
So my conclusion: there is a bug that breaks the .android_secure !
Next NB ChangeLog is MASSIVE
http://cm-nightlies.appspot.com/?device=click
Hi
I have a small problem with the message app. If i set "Use send timestamp" (i don't know if it's called like this, but it's the feature that allows you to see the time the message was sent instead of the time you received it) the messages have no "GMT offset" (i mean the times are shown in GMT time and not in my time - which is GMT+1 or +2 if there is "legal time").
If i enable the feature "GMT Timestamp", which i think is made to solve this problem, nothing changes.
I'm using NB199; do you think it is fixed now?
Regards
Since the old thread got closed and nobody answered my problem, here I go again.
Ever since I clean-installed 220 nightly (wiped everything, /system, dalvik-cache, cache, factory reset, SD) my phone after starting up totally freezes in 5 minutes or so. Rebooting it 2-3 times usually helps until the next reboot when I AGAIN have to reboot it 2-3 times before it's stable again. I tried updating to 226, but this changed NOTHING.
Please help as this is a serious problem.
Here is the logcat when it has crashed: http://pastebin.com/AT5U5nag

If you had read his messages (for example, in Thomas' threat), you would not ask.
I did read in issues only no hdmi out but who knows.. it seems strange to me that's the only problem in the first experimental build and unfortunately I won't be able to try it before tomorrow evening (no internet) ;( well I'll see tomorrow great job in any case tilal thanks for keeping developing on T :good:
Yes RIL and GPS are both working in any case. That is why HDMI out is listed as the only bug.
You are great at last a official thread about omni can't wait to try it thanks to you!
Downloading
Has anybody tested the multi-window, does it work?
EDIT: Multi-windows IS working, haven't had anny issue so far. Thanks tilal =D
Everything seems to be running smoothly, even without full wiping from CM 10.2. Unfortunately, it seems that the OmniROM features haven't been included in this series of nightly builds, so I'll probably hold until they are merged.
Good work, @tilal6991!!!
Fantastic work @tilal6991!
Just flashed and had a little play. So far so good. Alas, I'm up for work in 5 hours so I need to sleep. Will use fully tomorrow and will report back.
Again, nice one.
Great!!! Good luck

Make sure the file you downloaded isn't corrupt, you can also wipe data before flashing
for any reason I am always stuck on boot after flashing...I followed instructions in OP precisely of course...feel a little noobish :silly:
EDIT: ok, got it workin now...that's what I did (maybe useful for others in same situation):
- flashed OMNIRom 4.3 first
- booted in Recovery
- flashed OMNIROM 4.4
- Full Wipe
- reboot
- booting back in Recovery
- flashing Gapps
- reboot
fyi, I was coming from latest MIUI
First of all, thanks tilal for your great work!
Not any major issue so far. Sound seems a bit laggy though. I also got 2 blue screens.
Suggested recovery for flashing this? TWRP?

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

No, CM has not officially merged bump for the v500 yet. But, this works:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3081457
Edit: CM12.1 is now bumped.
Ive *finally* figured out why most of the games wont install from the Amazon App Store. There appears to be a conflict with lollipop's ability to move applications to the sdcard and Amazon App Store. But, there is a way of temporarily fixing it.
Open terminal and type:
Code:
su
umount /storage/sdcard1
Now the sdcard is unmounted and all the games can be installed from Amazon App Store. Physically removing the sdcard would also work.
Edit: removed outdated files and replaced with instructions using terminal commands.
A bug I've found is that live wallpapers don't work; the screen becomes proper screwed up. I'll post a screen cap when I get a chance!
Hey guys,
For use as a daily driver, would you recommend sticking to CM11 M12, or is it ok to jump to latest 12 or 12.1 nightlies?
It will be for my Dad, so looking at ROM that won't need to be updated for a while...
Cheers,
Su

But, there is a way of temporarily fixing it. If you go to Settings --> Storage and unmout the sdcard, then go back to the Amazon App Store, you can install EVERYTHING. So... wait, there is no "unmount" button in the storage settings you say? Ive patched framework-res.apk from today's nightly CM12.1 build (20150420) to add the "unmount" button back in the storage settings like it should be. I dont know why CM has not yet merged the patch I submitted to add this button back in.

Now that's a nice find. The problem is not only with the Amazon app store but with all apks not downloaded through the Play Store. Some install, some not. I've verified this with CM 12 by removing the sd card. I did not have this with AOSP 5.0.2, 5.1 and Stock Lollipop. So this seems to be a bug in CM 12, 12.1 (besides the inability to remove the SD card by software).
BTW: Another obscure bug I encountered in 12.1 is that the date of the reviews in the Play Store (German) is MMDDYYYY (it should be DDMMYYYY). Tried different gapps for 5.1.
There were some problems, but they seem fixed in the new cm12.1 from today (21.04).
Brightness works + playstore keeps crashing everytime I try to start it.
Is there any reason why the newest nightlies don't appear under setting - about tablet - cyanogen updates?
Hi
Currently on 21/04 nightly. Getting random reboots, access internet site, suddenly tab reboots. Has also happened when I was on 18/04 and accessed settings to check for cyanogen updates (which by the way) were showing not available .

Have you tried replacing trebuchet as the launcher? I've had much less problems using Google Now Launcher or Nova Launcher.

How to root this ROM? It seems not pre-rooted. Thanks.

Updated to 20150422 nightly (dirty flashed over 20150418) and left the tablet on over the night: Battery stayed at 89% over 7 hours. I am facing no stability issues so far.
Great job!
Currently I flash every Nightly and it is stable so far. Bluetooth reconnecting issue persists, everything else is working fine.

You mean you flashed cm12.1 without wiping cm12 right? I wanna try cm12.1 but don't want to wipe everything.

No. When I first installed CM12.1 (The nightly from 20150416) I did a clean install. Doing so is always recommended when installing a newer version of android.
