Booting is very slow, lags.
Tasker, LMT launcher, Lucky Patcher apps are activated 5 minutes after the boot, and they do not work properly!
I have tried to uninstall all the modules under Xposed, start it alone, reinstall Xposed again, change version with last beta.
On my Galaxy Note 4 n910f rom Stock Original ver. NK5 with root permissions everything is ok before I have actived exposed.
Does anyone know the reason?
Thanks in advance!
I have issues like yours, some times is just one module that conflicts your system or frame work, sometimes I got "UI STOPED WORKING" Other times, boot loops, or lags, I have fixed restoring system in recovery from a previous backup, disabling xposed, disabling modules, and enabling one by one until finding the culprit, so far I found some settings in certain modules causing me trouble, not the entire module, I think it depends upon your device, rom, and combination of modules and settings , so you could try by elimination, as I did, I found the conflicts in xblast, xinstaller, swipeback, battery xthemer, xprivacy, donkeyguard, good luck
Install XSecureStorage from the modules list and see if that helps, let us know the outcome.

Hello,
Has anyone experienced issues with the latest Omar's ROM (locking the phone with the power button will lead to a reset)?
Thank you!
Do you have the latest version?
What xposed modules do you have installed?
Do you have ANY other apps that need root (ex. a battery saver, autokiller, etc)?
Hello,
I have the latest version and this one works on an older ROM version (before he introduces the changes in the system UI).
As for modules: Gravity Box, XPrivacy.
And I run apps that need root.

I have made some trials.... like disabling all the modules in XPOSED. That worked (compared to getting sucked almost immediately after a reboot).
Then I have enabled the modules one by one (also clearing data/cache for each of them).
At some point I got stuck at XPrivacy. But I have uninstalled it and re-installed. After that The phone booted ok, stayed alive... but got random reboots.
The most common was when I unlock the screen then lock it again....
I would like to post this info the development part but I am not able yet...

After more digging, I find that the XPrivacy module gives the instability (so far).... I'll have to investigate more.

I have tried many versions of Xposed, from the newest down to version 18 I think it was, but the further back I went, the worse it got. The framework installs fine each time (for each version tried) according to the message within the Xposed app.
Basically I cannot find a working version of the xposed framework for my N9005 Note 3, it's not carrier branded apart from the boot animation, there are no carrier apps at all, it's almost entirely stock.
I still have it running the original 4.3 Jelly Bean. Baseband N9005XXUBMI6
On the newer versions of Xposed, I get no signal and it makes the phone a bit laggy, and various other things misbehave. On older versions approaching and including 18, I started getting looped force closes on Android Media, Bluetooth Share, Contacts & Messages (which didn't go away after uninstalling xposed), and the options in the top of the pull down took ages to activate and toggled themselves on/off. I uninstalled each Xposed version, then wiped the xposed cache & data before final uninstall (before trying a different version) each time. And I also did the reboots after installs as recommended.
Only thing I've done to the N9005 is root (of course), superuser, TWRP (recovery) and using TSF launcher, and I don't think these last 3 would be triggering a clash/problem.
Was really looking forward to using some Xposed modules but for now I had to restore my backup from when the phone worked. I see other people with Note 3s (maybe other models) working Xposed fine, just wondering if the Xposed team can help by supporting the N9005 or telling me that I'm somehow doing it wrong. (or anyone else who can help).
Thanks
hummm, i can almost see someone asking for a logcat

On same phone. Never had any issues on any rom with Xposed. Try another ROM. I run Crashrom kitkat.
Hey...
I am using the xposed framework for a long time now on my S2 without any problems. A lot oft different custom roms has been running like a charm and my experimenting with a lot of modules has never ended in such a strange issue. I try to explain....
I can install the framework including every module without issues. A reboot activates the framework and still all is good. But when I activate some modules and restart afterwards, all user apps are gone. Even those which have nothing to do with xposed. Looks like a factory reset but only app-wise. My settings are still like I did set them.
Trying to reinstall them ends in an "app was not installed" error. Now I need to factory reset to resolve this. I installed different builds, including the latest build from yesterday. But I always end up with the same. The experimental xposed installer also did not change anything. I even tried to get rid of this by doing a rom-nuke with the Hawker core script before installing the rom. But still the same.......
I really dont know why I am not able to activate the modules anymore like I always could before and hopefully I could explain my problem clear enough to understand without forgetting anything important I can not see myself. Well, it's not my native language so it may difficult for you to read. If this is the case I apoligize.
What should I try to resolve this. I really want my beloved mods to work again. Thanks for any support.
Cheers
Hi,
I had installed xposed on my Samsung Galaxy S6. The framework as such has no flaws, thanks to @wanam and @rovo89. But whenever I install a module and activate it, there had been scenario's that my phone is going into bootloop and then uninstall/disable xposed in recovery takes hell lot of time as all apps need to be optmised. Is there a way to find out which module has caused the bootloop by looking into logs somewhere?

Try to read each module description before installing it, many of them are being tested against Google/Aosp Roms and may not work properly on TW Roms.
You can still get the logcat through adb while on bootloop, it should point you to the culprit.
Hi all,
I have a problem. I'm using an OnePlus 5 and I can't use Xposed. I have just tried those 2 things. I have magisk updated to 14.0
1) I installed the version 09-09-2017 by dvdandroid, then I installed 26-07-17 v87 sdk25 by PurifyOs, all seems OK xposed tells that is installed and working, so I try to download some modules, activate them, reboot, but when I try to use them they tell me "please activate the module", I tryed clearing cache and dalvik, reinstalling so many times but nothing.
2) So I removed the PurifyOs one, and wanted to try to install the systemless one. I open Xposed, press install, it auto flashes from TWRP but there is a message error "dev/magisk/mirror/bin is not setup properly". So I try to download it as a module from magisk, try to install but gives the same error.
Can you help me? Thanks

I couldn't activate any modules either, even though framework was green/good.
I re-installed my ROM and re-did the Xposed setup, ensuring I was using the CORRECT files.
Such as for Magisk Xposed vs. non-Magisk Xposed.
It's working now.

Thanks for your answer, I already did but nothing changed..
If ur on oos with encryption, you need to soft reboot the phone before the modules work.

Already tried, nothing happened
I'm not sure how the OnePlus works in comparison to my Moto G4, but I had the same problem with 7.1.x. I couldn't get Xposed to work on any roms running Nougat. Went and installed an AOSP marshmallow rom and Xposed is working very well. My advice would be to downgrade to marshmallow. It's definitely worth the Xposed compatibility because even if you do get that aspect of it going, many modules don't support nougat yet. I was reluctant when I first heard this, but I' don't regret my decision at all. I'm running 12 modules right now with no issues at all and loving it. Hope this helps.
