Hi!
I have the latest OctOs installed on my droid 4 but it does not save my wifi passwords.
When I connect to a wifi network, I can see the according entry in /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf.
So far so good. But after a reboot all stored WIFI passwords are lost and checking wpa_supplicant.conf -> all networks are gone. Just like after every reboot the "default" wpa_supplicant.conf gets restored again.
Can somebody help me? Thanks!

does this ROM get better battery life and or RAM? For some reason i can barely run 5.0 or 5.0.2 well on any ROM.

You're running lollipop on a device that only got stock 4.1.2 so you should expect lag 5.1 should help a ton with ram and other issues. I don't use cm12 so I can't compare it to it, but it runs great. A reboot fixes most issues.

Have you allowed superuser for this to run? Such a bummer if it doesn't work on HTC One.
Don't work

Is there a better place to look for information on this? Fixes/development/etc?
Sixaxis is probably the number one reason I root.

yeah i gave it su access. doesn't work.
I've read that any AOSP based ROM should work. Can you guys confirm that you are using an AOSP based ROM and this has not worked?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=37115490&postcount=12
The screenshot is from the stock ROM. I can confirm that it works without any issues on both the CM nightlies and AOKP nightlies.

PS - how have the AOKP nightlies been? I just noticed they posted the first official build on AOKP.co last night(tonight, depending on where you live).
I've been using it since the 21st, and literally the only problem I've encountered personally that wasn't fixed was an audio bug while listening through headphones. There are probably more that you can find in Roman's thread.
It'll be nice if this ever gets working. I don't necessarily mind going to stock (as I've had it on all my devices), but for some reason I actually am quite a fan of Sense 5 and feel I would miss it on my phone. Ha...
Maybe when HTC releases 4.2+ for our phones they'll use the right Bluetooth stack.

Hey guys, as of recently it has been tough to keep up with posting "OP Updated" whenever I update a ROM since I have quite a few ROMs I'm supporting on 3 different forums. So from now on, it is gonna be up to you to check the link in the OP for updates. I will be updating all ROMs regularly... So check back often. Thanks guys and ENJOY!

What about Gapps?
This is a very unique ROM. Going to add gapps later tonight and give her a spin this weekend. Question..... How do you get the volume settings to appear below quick toggle like in your pics. That's what sold me to try the ROM and I can not figure it out! Thanks
Sent from my xt926 using xda premium
Rom is beautiful. Flashed Gapps for 4.2.2 without any issue aside from a bit of lag on first boot. Only other issue I have noticed so far is Google Search says "Can't open microphone" if you try and use the mic icon. This also happens when trying to use Voice typing on the keyboard.
@timpohladthomas will u be updating the ROM to latest COS build with active notification for the mb886, xt925 and 926?

Thanks @Tquetski for this nice rom. Also as a quick question why for most Chinese ROM use cm10 4.2.2 as a base

It's not easy to fork such specific mods to higher android revisions, often work begins on 4.2 when 4.3 is completed for example so the company chooses to use a lower base.
Like for example, only recently Lewa added 4.2 support It's better to look at the chinese firmware as sep. from CM/AOSP in a sense, as far as function goes
this rom is very fast, and yes, WiFi Tether do not work,I think this will be my daily use, thanks again
Good looking rom. It have some miui taste to it. But unfortunately is not for me due to tethering and kitkat floating around. Thanks for sharing though.
I tried it and it looks good, it's easy to set themes, feels smooth... But I had too many FCs. First of all with the Gapps (PA), then when using the camera, the gallery. I tried to keep the ROM but eventually I got stuck in a "Launcher stopped working" loop, so I couldn't do anything else. I had to uninstall it. But generally it's a good ROM, even if is 4.2.2, just need to fix those bugs. Also, there are some sections with chinese language only. For example, in the first boot, the first thing that you see is a chinese screen. I don't even know what I choosed, lol.
Thanks for sharing!
Great smooth rom. How do I get root access? Root is not enabled by default! Otherwise very nice. Thanks
Extracted from the N Preview 3 for Nexus 6P and deodexed. New features such as themes and the ability to set your own image as the background on it. Also has a few new emojis which I haven't seen before.
Tested on my Pure running stock rooted 6.0. This is the arm64 variant, so if your device isn't 64-bit, don't bother trying to use it.
As usual, flash in recovery then reboot.
NOTE: The installer is set up to remove "LatinImeGoogle" in /system/app/ before installing this version. If your Google Keyboard doesn't have that folder named as such (ie you're using a custom Gapps package that installs Google Keyboard in a folder named "LatinImeGooglePrebuilt") delete that folder in recovery before installing this one.

It's called Falcon. It's in the play store but I found it on XDA. Nothing I have used comes close to this. It's fast, clean and customizable. I tried going back to Google Messenger after the last update but went right back to Falcon. Sort of ironic given the title of my post. But your keyboard is second to none Google.
