Rooted my d415 with towelroot v3 and flashed the cwm IMG in the op... Fished cm11 by wiping cache then delvik-cache formatted system then data. Then flashed cm11.zip then Gapps....
Upon loading, WiFi isn't detected, only 17mb free internal and when I reboot, I'm prompted to re-setup the phone... Any suggestions??

Problem:
Stuck at bootscreen after installing Roboto 4.3 via Rom Toolbox Pro. I'm on ARHD 12.0.
Fastboot erase cache, full wipe, dalvik wipe etc. pp didn't help.
ADB-Sideload also didn't work due to a mysteriously & out of the blue non-mountable internal SD. Something was borked when I installed the new typo, dunno how and why.
So, re-flashing ARHD from my laptop wouldn't work, furthermore I deleted ARHD.zip from my internal SD; but anyway, the SD was to no avail -> no chance to grab a Nandroid.
Solution:
I firstly changed the recovery on my black lady by flashing TWRP in order to substitute CMW. TWRP allowed me to access and mount an USB-OTG, which hasn't shown up on CMW (v6.0.3.4) at all.
So, finally I placed the ARHD.zip on the external drive, mounted the drive and flashed the ROM 2 times, as the first flash freezed on 20%. But then it went throu, the ROM settled down and the bootscreen stuck was gone.
I decided to wipe everything including my internal sd card so i have a fresh start. So i wipe data, wipe delvik, wipe cache, and wiped sdcard. But when I sideload and install Android Revolution 30.0 it crashes at the beginning of the installation process.
I need help figuring this out. I tried googling it nothing came up.
Did you check if it is not a corrupt download?
Do you have Win8 (8.1) - connectivity issues?
I sideloaded ARHD 30 on latest TWRP 2.6.3.0 and it installed without issues.
Download is not corrupted i even tried to install the old version i was using and it's doing the same thing.
And I am still on Windows 7.
Now in CWM Recovery when i try wiping data, it crashes too.

Figured it out, For some reason i can install the rom with no options selected.
The thing is, I installed the CM11 (did all wipe data/factory reset and wiped cache) through CWM and it shows ''install from sdcard complete''. Then I am trying to install the GApps file, but it shows that there is insufficient storage. Previously had the original firmware. I have flashed ROMs before, but this stupid mistake happened for the first time, I did not free space for the installation.
So, I figured I'd set up the scenario first in hopes to help make this understood:
1. Got the device
2. Booted/Updated to 5.0
3. Rooted using CF Autoroot
4. Remained on Stock 5.0 + Root (Stock bootloader/recovery)
- 1st "OFFICIAL" ROM came out so like the gentle flash'aholic I am, I rushed and downloaded [ROM][Unofficial][5.0.2][alpha/wip] Resurrection Remix v5.2.6[victara]
1. I installed TWRP via the Google Play App, (I think i was on 2.8.3.0)
2. Rebooted into TWRP, and did a FULL BACKUP (saved locally)
3. Formatted Davlik, System, Data, Internal Storage, Cache
4. Rebooted into TWRP, pushed the ROM files ([ROM][Unofficial][5.0.2][alpha/wip] Resurrection Remix v5.2.6[victara])
5. Flashed the ROM, GAPPS, SuperSU, Rebooted.
After about a minute of booting into the new ROM (new red loading animation) I started to get "encryption unsuccessful", and the only option was to factory reset phone, after which nothing happened, my guess was because of the custom recovery.
What was my error, and how do I prevent this from happening again?
My thinking is that wiping the Cache/System/Data/Internal/Davlik partitions somehow messed up some function someplace?
To fix it I took steps in this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-2014/help/lollipop-update-failing-how-troubleshoot-t2961633) - thanks @randyklein
-Download "Official 4.4.4 Full Restore Images" from http://www.graffixnyc.com/motox.php# and extract. Move recovery.img, boot.img, and system.img into adb folder
-Boot into fastboot, plug in USB
-Using mfastboot v2, run the following commands:
mfastboot flash boot boot.img
mfastboot flash recovery recovery.img
mfastboot flash system system.img
How do I avoid this in the future if I decide to try a custom ROM/Recovery again?
Same problem...

Data partition just stores your apps (if not pre-loaded into system partition via ROM), and any data associated with them, so it leaves the Internal SD Card partition alone.
What concerns me is that I already wiped data, and I think I formatted the data partition as well, and still had the issue.
I'll have to try again soon.
I did a full wipe and then formated the data, then installed the ROM,gaaps, and supersu beta.
Got it working with root.

True, that is why I said in above post that I think I formatted it as well, but being as I'm not certain I'll have to do it again to be sure.

You would know if you formatted data since it erases everything including internal storage

Alright, I booted TWRP, and clicked "Data" then "Repair/Change File System" it's currently showing f2fs, my format options are EXT2, EXT3, EXT4, FAT.
I think I want EXT4 right?
UPDATE: I tried EXT4 as every partition seems to use it, and from past experience, and It's working!.
Thank you for nudging me in the right direction.

Do this-
In twrp, under wipe, select advanced wipe. Check data and tap on repair or change file system. Then repair the file system.(This will wipe your internal storage!!) If that doesn't work, then under wipe, select format data.(This will also wipe internal storage)
See if this works.. If it works for data, then do the same for cache and any other partitions you have problems with. Wipe system also..
