Howdy people,
I imported a Blu Win HD and the stated frequencies were not available on both SIMs. Only one SIM could do HSDPA/WCDMA networks, while the other was exclusively GSM. Therefore I have turned my gaze on the 730 and find the same problem, a lack of information regarding frequencies for each SIM slot.
Specifically I need:
HSDPA/WCDMA (3G) - 850 MHZ in one SIM
HSDPA/WCDMA (3G) - 900 MHZ in the other SIM
Does anyone have a 730 and know if it can do this? Cheers

I've just bought a AT&T HD7S off ebay from a US seller and I'm in the UK. It's not until just now that I considered how it might perform in the UK. I see that the AT&T HD7S lists HSDPA: 850/1900 MHz as its 3g frequencies, while the UK HD7 lists HSPA/WCDMA: 900/2100 MHz. Does this mean I won't be able to get 3g signal on UK networks? Does anybody have experience using a AT&T HD7S in the UK?
The HTC Help & How To page lists the following:
What bands does my device support?
GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
HSDPA/UMTS: 850/1900/1700(AWS)/1900/2100 MHz
But the Tech Specs page shows this:
UMTS: 1900/850
GSM/GPRS/AT&T: 850/900/1800/1900MHz
So I wonder if the phone actually supports 2100 MHz
And if so, since O2 HSDPA/3G in the UK runs on 900/2100 does this mean that the phone will still get 3G on 2100 MHz, but won't benefit from the 900 MHz band which enables coverage in harder to reach locations.
Secondly, should I only flash AT&T Radios on to this phone or can I flash the Europe modem found here forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/HTC_HD7/Radios ? Might doing so enable the 2100 MHz band which isn't used by AT&T ?

I got mine off ebay too (HD7S AT&T), did u manage to get the 3G working ? Please help me. Have you flashed the Euro radio ?
NO
UMTS: 1900/850
GSM/GPRS/AT&T: 850/900/1800/1900MHz
These are the correct specs.... because there's no 2100MHz band for GSM, the 2100MHz is used by CDMA networks.
Hi to everyone!
I wonder whether it's possible in any way to activate such LTE frequencies in our phone as 800, 1800 and 2600 MHz that are commonly used in Europe?
As I understand the phone supports every of them but the frequencies except ATT's 700 and 1700 MHz are not active, e.d. blocked.
Am I right?
So, is there a solution?
Hi All,
Just knew today that my unlocked HTC One M7 is not compatible with LTE signal with my local carrier (Smart PH) as stated here.
Further checking, the carrier is operating in LTE in these bands:
Band 1 – 2100 MHz
Band 3 – 1800 MHz
Band 5 – 850 MHz
Is there anyway for my phone to be able to connect in LTE? Will rooting my device fix the issue?
Thanks!
Hi,
From what I know there are 4 types of Z4 phones, one international version E6553 and 3 Japanese version.
Could anyone tell me are they have the same hardware but different ROMs, or they are different from hardware, too?
The reason I ask this question is my SIM cad only supports FDD LTE on 700 MHz, 1700/2100 MHz and 2600 MHz.
I searched all Z4s on frequencycheck.com, and found E6553 supports all three bands, while SOV31 only support 700 MHz on my SIM and the rest support none.
So I'm thinking if I bought a SOV31 and rom it with the ROM of E6553, will it be able to support all my LTE bands?
Thanks in advance.
Ive been trying to find out the same thing. I have a sov31 and have tmobile as my carrier, but it only will run on 3g hspa+
and there is no switch to use lte, it only allows to run at&t lte.

Hi all, I purchased nokia 6 (ta-1000) 2 months ago and was satisfied. Problem was i work in dessert area and my phone unable to use 4G band. After many research i found that this nokia 6 doesn't support other 4G bands except china country coz its chinese variant. so my question is does Nokia 8 have many variants too? If yes then can you all guide me? i as am planning to buy nokia 8 and dont want to end up having same 4G band problem like nokia 6.
I have the TA-1004 version. It works in Southeastern Europe with the 1800MHz LTE frequency my phone provider has, also tried it and it works on the 2600 4G frequency from another local provider.
These 2 are confirmed, but there's also the specifications info that the local seller has on the website, which includes all these band frequencies for 4g: 700 / 800 / 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1800 / 1900 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600
So I'm guessing TA-1004 should work with all of the above.

Go to your phone carrier's website and check what band frequencies it has for LTE/4G. Or a google search. That's what I did.

Any 4G smartphones that support our frequency 1800 MHz, will work under our 4G network. Currently the supported LTE smartphones in the market: HTC, LTE Samsung Galaxy 3 & 4, BlackBerry Q10 & Q5, Nokia Lumia 90,.
