It isn't customised. FTFs cannot be modified. They're untouched stock firmware. That file is the one you require.

You didn't read the thread carefully right ?

The customization is done by Sony themselves.
Currently am using 14.4.a.0.108 1276-4318 R1C (rooted) and am looking for the latest one 14.4.a.0.157. Would be appreciated if anyone has it and would like to share.
