Hi, You can surf on how to create android developer account.

You can do it yourself, its simple and costs about 25$.
Better do not buy developer account from someone selling it. You might get scammed, or banned later by google.

Submitting apps to China stores

Hi Guys,
As a UK based Android game developer we have recently had a few games released on China Mobile and 189 stores via a publisher/distributor who have a presence in-country.
For our future titles I'm currently investigating the idea of submitting to these Chinese app stores ourselves in order to hopefully bypass the ‘middle man’ so to speak.
Lots of links to the app stores 'developer centres' exist, however it seems I've failed at the first hurdle. During the registration process I am being asked for our Chinese business license number and Tax registration number. I cannot seem to bypass this section or submit our UK business details in order to continue. Either that or I'm being asked to input a Chinese mobile number in order to receive a verification code.
Just wondering if anyone else had any experience of self submitting to these China stores? It seems as though anyone outside of China is not allowed to submit apps? Is that correct?
Thanks in advance
Mark.
Hi Guys,
By the lack of replies it seems this might not be the correct forum for this type of subject
Does anyone know of any other good forums which may be able to help me out.
Thanks again.

Hi there,
You could try this makingmoneywithandroid dot com. They have a very good forum.
Out of curiosity - which distributor did you work with there? We worked with Tencent and the whole experience was / is a bit difficult, to say the least.

Hi Tom, Thanks for the link.
We went with a publisher called Thumbstar, who are based in the UK, who work with a company from China called Viva Red. Currently they are getting us on the state owned stores like China Mobile and China Telecom.
I have heard of Tecent. Aren't they a massive 3rd party app store? So did you apply through their website or did they send you an invite to put your games on their store? Have you had much sales success with them?
M.
I know Thumbstar, they have quite a lot of games for Android in their portfolio. How was your experience with them?
As for Tencent, yes, their are a massive company (games, web, WeChat, etc.). They got in touch with us regarding one of the games we've published. We also had two titles published in China with The9 but it was quite a long time ago and I'm not sure if they are still in the business.

Will send you a PM Tom.
I can give u really advice because i am from china .here in china there are too many store
but ,you can choose some big store just like 360.cn ,91,wandoujia,and myapp.com .you can contact me by [email protected] .i may give u some help .
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
From my own experience it is easy to submit to Wandoujia (Peas Pod), takes about a week for them to approve everything, you need to prove you're the copyright holder of the the app (scan of company certificate) when you submit along with a signed "owner" form from their submission process. Registering is pretty straight forward thanks to Google Translate (for best results install the Google Translate addon into your web browser and/or use Chrome):
http://pmt.wandoujia.com/apps/dev/home
I've only submitted a free app, not sure but suspect things are more complicated with paid apps.
Other Chinese app stores are harder to submit to but usually only because of translation issues or also having to install their apps first and create an account - the apps are always Chinese too.
My app is on many stores in China, but I never uploaded it, they are just distributing a cracked version... :-/
What about Xiaomi? http://app.xiaomi.com/
$10 publish fee for each China app store
I check the website called www.app4chinese.com and they provide service to publish app in China. $10 per store and they list 19 China app stores on their website.
Hi Maineyak,
We actually help developers to promote globally their apps in different stores (not just gPlay) and increase efficiently the number of downloads.
Send us a PM if you need more information or check our website

Looking for a Google Play account

Hi guys,
I`m a developer and I`m looking for an account already created.
This account must be:
- older than one year
- from the United States of America
- has never had suspended applications
- all active applications will be disabled
If someone has an account that meets these conditions that is no longer useful to him and wants to sell it please leave me a pm.
I hope I posted in the appropriate forum section. Thanks
I am also interested in an account like this. If anyone has please let me know.
it's seem hard to find the account like that. Because no one want to sell it

For what purpose are you going to use the created Google Play account from someone else? Why can't you create your own account instead?

[Q] request to link Android app to website

I have this message from The Google Play Team in my Webmaster Tools Dashboard/Messages ...
Google Play: Your link request has been sent Mar 18, 2015
Dear developer of com.webs.mdawdy.HTMLSpy,
Your request to link Android application com.webs.mdawdy.HTMLSpy has been sent to the webmaster of http://www.freewebs.com/mdawdy/. You will be notified again when it is approved.
Sincerely,
The Google Play Team
Two questions ...
1. That was a week and a half ago and i have not received an approval notification so i am unsure if i have missed some detail?
2. I have another app in the app store that i wish to link as well. However, i do not recall how or where i sent the above link request?
I have been all over Google Play, Google Webmasters, my website provider, general Google search, Google Play Developer Console, various forums and FAQs for 2 or 3 days now and i have not found any information or source for this message. I would really like to know how it came about so that i can deal with it. I think that i did not explicitly make the request, that it is an offshoot of something else that i did. The closest i can find is in the Google Play Developer Console where i list my website, but i find nothing there about making a link.
Anyway, if you have any info at all about this, about linking your play store app to your website please let me know.
Any help appreciated,
Mick

The email should have been sent to the email address to the owner of the website, as registered in Google Webmaster Tools. Is your website registered and verified in Google Webmaster Tools in the first place?

It depends on the definition of "owner". I do not own the sever www.freewebs.com, but i do own the website www.freewebs.com/mdawdy The e-mail was sent to me. My website is registered and verified using two methods. The owners of the sever have no knowledge of this process.
This is a large mystery. I have posted this question everywhere, and virtually no one has any knowledge of it.
I would love it if someone with knowledge or experience with this specific process would answer this.
In the context of Google Webmaster Tools, it doesn't matter who owns the root domain or the server. It is a website what you add and verify, and thus you are the owner of that website.

New to the community & Android development. Please direct me in the right direction.
Hello, I'm new to the Android community. I have prior programming experience and I have made apps through Unity and have successfully published them on the Google Play store and competing app stores. I decided that I want to write native Android apps.... so here I am.
The problem:
I want to create a very simple app. It is a simple messaging app, just like the messaging in Snapchat. It is not like other text messaging apps where you are given a number and you can text anyone you want, even if they don't have the app. That is not my goal.
1. You must have the app
2. You do not get a new number. You get to choose a new username only.
This is the goal of the app. The question is... what libraries and APIs do I have to use? Are there any good tutorials on this subject? And the most important question is, would I have to buy any servers or something? Do I have to spend any money for this to work or can this work with the user's cell connection? I don't want to purchase anything / servers. Is this possible?
I'm sorry for the lack of knowledge, but I am aiming to improve myself! Thank you very much for the read.
Hello,
Messaging infrastructure needs a server to centralize users accounts, messages and users status.
You can find low cost VPS servers, but it's not free.
Sincerely.
