Hello folks,
Recently I`ve watched some videos about how to make your lock screen wallpaper and system UI transparant blurry and see trough. It are Xposed modules and I downloaded and installed them (Ive used Xposed for quite some time so I know how to properly install a module)
They both work; at least i can indeed see trough the lockscreen wallpaper and system UI but the screens they show are all upside down
After some time ive managed to make transparant lockscreen work via the normal system setting but I`d still like to also have a transparant system UI.
I own on LG L7 II running an unofficial version of CM 11 (I also tried installing the modules on a pacman rom but the same problem occurs )
I really hope you guys can help me out and I`d be very gratefull

I find it quite incredulous that with all those amazing Devs out there that no one has found the solution to creating the CRT Effect complete with softbutton backlights on yet for the Incredible S. Apart from Cyanogen but the buttons don't rotate.
I know a lot of you don't see what the big fuss is about with CRT but there's a lot of us who want this feature. I'm sure many of us would join me in saying that the first Dev to solve the CRT backlight problem would receive a donation.
A friend of mine said that he has changed one boolean inside an xml in the framework*.apk file and it worked on his Samsung Galaxy S2 (when he was on an older version of the OS) but now it doesn't work any more
I tried it out myself when I installed ARHD 1.1.5 and I was left with no wallpaper, some applications force closing and no icons on my desktop
Reverting to the original file fixed the issue
Hi all
Just got the mod runing and everything seems to be working fine.
Currently im running with the standard theme Androidian.
My beams that are running cross the screen are very pixilatede so i went to the theme chooser to find something else. There i see a screenshot of the theme I have currently running and mine looks NOTHING like it.
can i fix this somehow?
Sincerely
Casper
Here is the thing: i' ve been trying to change the TW UI in my note so it can arrange more icons and making it more suitable to the eye (those ugly huge icons). The problem is with xposed framework I changed all the apps I want but with the UI it's only compressed. Is there a way to get a phablet or tablet UI for TW? BTW I'm running Tonofu rom, is stock holand with some minor tweaks. Thanks in advance!
I think there is an xposed module for that. Check it out.
Seen it not try it

its working for me.. I don't know y it isn't working for you..
What I really want is to have smaller icons and more than 5 in dock. But I don't want to let TW loose.
5X4 stock launcher module and Tablet UI module does not work for me too, with 5X4 phone boots fine but does not add extra row but with Tablet UI it gets stuck on glowing samsung logo...even clearing cache and dalvik does not help...
Dear all,
I have a quite some problems with my eyes when reading text on white background. I am a beginner when it comes to Android 'enhancements', but I read that changing the ROM might allow me to install apps which replace the white background with a darker colour / make it more eye friendly. I was wondering whether some of the other users here have found a solution for this/can recommend me the necessary steps to take. Many thanks!

hi, you mentioned reading text on white background ..
Things you can do with out installing new Rom and with out Rooting
1) Change LAUNCHER, and make the colors look inversed ( Nova night mode ) ( adw beta launcher )
2) install Yellow filter ( night adjustment app, you can find them in playstore )
try these .. if they are not satisfactory,
you Root your device .. install xposed installer and search for the modules which you like to try,( i havent tried,so i cannot say which one will be useful to you.. wait till others reply on your thread )
other alternative would be depending on your taste
1) if you want to stay stock , but enjoy dark modes - go ahead and install Marshmallow Optimized, then install Layers from playstore and download those Layers themes ..
2) if you want to go away from motorola roms, then there are plenty of Roms.. i myself would like Cm13 ( as it got better performance and gaming, but battery consumption isnt best ) but you can get good support for Cm13 , then install CM13 themes from playstore which looks more pleasing to you
Finally , before doing all these.. once check on youtube about Cm13 themes, Layers themes, xposed modules for immersive experience --- so you will get an idea on them..
my post might not help you full, but if it gave you an idea what you must do .. give me a thanks

So, i found the problem, look really strange but, looks like turn off MIUI Optimization in developer settings change icons shape, at least 3rd party ones! So, i fount that after reflash the whole ROM again...good, a tons of settings and changes to made to put them like i want but at least found the culprit!
Hope Xiaomi do a update to fix this, since i dont know why and how MIUI Optimization can affect icons shape, and this dont make sense at all!

Thankyou, that fixed it and also fixed the leftmenu first panel in homescreen where by trying to expand it was causing a weird visual bug where, now that i can see it normally, was basically trying to expand it but keeping the bounds of the original panel, therefore just spreading the icons inside. Now everything seems working fine.
Also reverting it back on active is not causing the bug to reappear.
Xiami Mi9 t pro (right out of the box literally opened it 3 days ago)
After update to MIUI 11.0.3.0 on Mi MIX 3 happened to me as well on stock ROM. Turning off optimization also helped.
God thank you, sun_is_shinning. I already tweaked the hell of themes and icons with no result. Now I want to use my phone again.
Also in that update they did something to animations so they became annoyingly slow. I made all the animations 0.5x in developer options and it became less annoying but some apps relying on it are now showing ridiculously fast animations but it's bearable.
Hi, I cant find this "MIUI Optimization" menu in developer settings.
MIUI 11.2
help bro is there any alternative way to fix the square icon ? other than flashing whole rome
