Thread is already moved in the right forum. Now you must wait for answers from the owners/experts.
Good luck
baseband xxxx
The Q&A faq, top post on this page, has baseband and kernel flashable zips for your phone, I believe. Worth a try don't you think?

So im guessin your gonna develop a new keyboard correct? Thats why you posted this here info your new discovery?
Just reflash and skip everthing(setup).
Try this
I've seen this problem before. There's a simple solution for it here.
Do not post non-development threads in the development forum.
Moved.

Hey i found my old Galaxy Note and thought i'd have a play around with it...
when i turned it on i had no signal, so i instantly checked my IMEI and yep, it was screwed. (nul/nul)
so i did some research to find ways to get my IMEI back and none have worked up to now...
so the last idea from a friend was to flash stock 2.3.6 to see if that brings back my IMEI.
It's worth a shot i guess. However i can't seem to find stock 2.3.6 anywhere! i've been looking for the past2 days lol.
SO! if anyone could help me out by linking me stock 2.3.6 i would be very grateful and it would help a ton!
Also, if you have any other idea's of how to fix my IMEI... feel free!
Thanks in advance
use search tool or check it on samsung official .. good luck

A member since 2010, posting a question in the wrong forum and not knowing how to search here in the forum. Impressing.
So maybe you should remember this one: "use the search yourself".
"Spoon-feeding" isn't part of the XDA philosophy.

I don't think any stock rom will fix IMEI, your EFS partition might be foobared.

why don't you post in that ROM thread and ask for a fix? help that developer to make that ROM better....
and provide more details...
that ROM is a collection of fixes, tweaks and other stuff...there are a lot of things that can go wrong.
sorry for saying this but you are ......

he cant dude he has to make 10 posts first NOOB he should try finding in the thread for a zip or some other fix for the camera..
I guess it is a problem with boeffla kernel. I had the same issue... flashed stock kernel, started the camera app taken a few photos and then back to boeffla kernel. That's how I fixed it. Maybe try it.
Hit thanks if I helped you

Hello,
I'd wish I could post this post in [ROM][Official Nightly][Android 4.4] CyanogenMod 11.0 for SGS4A (int'l) but I can't because of the noob posting limitation.
Anyhow, running CM11 nightly on my S4 Active I noticed when I switch to speaker mode during a call, MIC is not working and the other side cannot hear me one bit.
Anyone familiar with this one?
Thanks,
It has been reported in the named thread. Don't know the exact answer. As a friendly advice You can try forum/thread search before asking. It is a un-noobish thing to do.

Good form. "Here's an answer with a link" followed by "but next time try searching before asking"
This place used to be a great site. Too many d-bags joining in recent times that have an elitist mentality despite having little contribution. I can understand how some may search but either not understand what they're reading or want to double check that what they're thinking is correct. Best just to answer and remind them to search and ask their question in the thread they think might be the one.
Anyway, I just had to say something. For your candor I'll hit the thanks button :good:
