Installation
a) If you have a rom GB: Chainfire flash ICS Mobile repack with Odin
b) IF you have another version imilka AOSP: do nothing
JBroiCS Edition download and put on your SDCard.
Reboot into recovery
Flashing the ROM
a) If you just another version AOSP and want to keep your data: do nothing
b) If you come from another rom: do a wipe cache and data
Reboot and wait
If bootloop, restart by pressing the power button 10 seconds.

Have you ran into any issues with dsp manager?
The reason I ask is because ics stunner has it and sound just go out of get real quiet. A reboot fixes it but the next version has it removed so Im just curious if you've over come the problems with it.

DSP Manager works great if it stay open and not close during you listen music. Try with Play Music and Poweramp, any issue except if DSP is closing during listening

just fyi it was found to do absolutely nothing for the sound in any way if i could find the links to the audio comparisons id link you just tryin to help save some mb's in your rom
the reason ur hearing a sound difference is cause there is a huge one between musicfx and dps manager
so stick with just the dps manager and supporting dll's

Hi Everyone,
I'm Chris known also as Tacx and this ROM was first released for Samsung Galaxy S and now it's available also for Nexus S. But not all the Galaxy S ROM futures are yet implemented so stay tuned for more updates with more futures and improvements.
This is a Android 4.1.2 ROM. This ROM it's based on CM10 sources with some small source modifications. Very simple and clean system.

I probably forgot to delete it... from the list when i copied from my original thread. And i really dunno too much about nexus s i made it for a friend and i taught i should post it here as well.

I was happy for a second

i am happy to see galaxy s devs porting to nexus s . same hardware somehow . but why did you remove the theme manager ? want to keep it stock lookish ?

yeah i wanted to keep it stock and also for system performance. Maybe if there will be a lot of people who want's the theme manager i can do or 2 version one with theme manager and one without or in the next release i can include again the theme manager.

I didnt notice theme manager causes performance issues. Only if you apply some heavy weight massive theme.

So far aside from the removed parts, all I see that's changed from the source is the boot animation. But like you said this is just the initial release so I'll be watching this thread closely. Cheers!

Amazing so far. No bugs, some themes "fail to install" but a few reboots and the problem fixed itself. Running smooth. But I've got a question and I've asked other devs in other threads but I never get an answer. Is there a way to enable HD calling, my carrier supports it because I get it on kitkat no problem. I've enabled it in build.prop but still nothing, any info you could give me? Thanks.

Not sure but will look into it.

Seems to be running well here apart from a few issues.
I had an issue with the calendar app though, it tries to get me to add my google account again each time, then fails saying its already added.
Pressed back button a few times then the calendar loads OK.
I also tried the HTC camera mod, it only seems to capture in 1080p despite it saying a higher resolution is selected. The in-app gallery also distorts the photos, probably because it incorrectly says it is a higher resolution.
If you open the photos in the stock gallery app, it shows the small image size ~400kb and resolution of 1920x1080.
