Unless your running a custom ROM, that is not possible.

Any recommendations on ROMs with plenty of tweaking options? I miss Xposed! So thinking of going back to a custom ROM.

Status bar Toggle

Hello all.
I've just flashed my hd2 with NexusHD2-Gingerbread V3.2 ROM
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=905060
It seems to be doing the trick so far but the only problem is that I don't have a statusbar toggle like I had with my desire and Mildwild Rom.
I've tried Widgetsoid but It wont work unless I have the popup enabled.
Is there any zipfiles I can flash to get this feature?
Or even if somebody knows a rom that has this feature it would be a great help.
Any advice is appreciated guys.
Thanks.
Try notification toggle, free from market.

Hi all,
since I don't like the stiffy hardware buttons I'm searching for an on screen solution. Does anyone know a tool or is it part of the theme and the launcher?
Thanks in advance

I also like to have that! maby a flashable MOD or something.. i want the real ICS feeling!
in icecoldsandwich is an option to activate on-screen-navigation
.....and without upgrading to Android 4? Isn't there a single app that can do it?

Must mean a super old version..
why dont we see more mods on Desire HD, to old?
What kind of functionality are you suggesting? I agree though that would be awesome.

I got removed from the recent IceCold builds because it caused more errors than it was worth

Why dont someone sheck into it and solve it? i mean its the original ics style ^^ the original softkey backlight in my phone is dead to so damn it! i like that setting in rom control...the latest setting was awsome! no prob for me.. peace!
...still searching for an independant app...
Once i had a rom with this feature in the status bar. But i don't know it anymore and appreciate an app.
Thanks
Wolf
Try 'button savior' from Google play its free
BTW: to whom it may concern:
some weeks later I found the ultimate solution: my ROM contains it in "Tablet" Options - there you can switch on different buttons in the status bar. I use the HyperDroid-CM7-v6.0.0[a2sd][CyanogenMod7 LEO 2.3.7][seader_R9]

Sense 6 NavBar

How do you enable a proper working Nav Bar on Sense 6? I say proper working because on most ROMs I have used, the back button on it seems to be dysfunctional.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the off topic. Can you share how you enabled the nav bar?

Ok I got it but the only thing that doesn't work is vibration when you touch a button. Go into the build.prop in /system, add this line into the bottom: qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 Then download the exposed additions module, enable it, then reboot.

[Q] Is there a way to get a transparent navbar in every app?

I was just wondering if there was a way to get a transparent navbar in every app. I know that without xposed it would be way harder to do but if someone can create a zip to do that, it would be awesome and definitely help with the burn-in issuses these phones are prone too.
I would love to see this too...

Yeah I don't think there's a way to do that now but it would be a very nice addition!
I'm waiting for this mod too.
Custom ROM could probably add this
Any developers/people with the know-how any input on this?
There is a link here guiding how it's done on Kitkat, I wonder if anyone can work out the same for Lollipop?

Marshmallow users, what are you running in place of app circle bar?

Hi guys, I've been running DU as my main ROM for quite some time now, but I'm itching to move to Marshmallow. I've been playing with it a bit today and I'm really enjoying it.
One thing I've noticed though is that none of the ROMs currently available have app circle bar yet, which I rely upon a lot.
Do any circle bar users that have moved to marshmallow have any recommendations for an alternative?
nope, i dont need it.

I never really toyed with the app circle option in ROMs, so I don't remember all it did. But maybe LMT launcher can cover it?
