Emui 2.3 camera on B852 Huawei

Hi everybody. Before the time I have seen here ported emui 2.3 gallery which works on newer emui. But I have lost that link and I cant find it on all internet. Could send me a link where can I download ported huawei emui 2.3 camera? only for istall as a normal app. Thank you

Do I have Android 7 / EMUI 5.0?

Hi All,
I am new here and have just installed what I thought was a version of Android 7 with EMUI 5.0 onto my P9. It looks and feels like 7/5.0 (it has the app draw ect.) but on the about phone page it states the following:
Model Number - A168-L09
Build Number - EMUI-A168-L09C900B040SP11-log
EMUI version - 3.1
Android version - 5.1
I am very confused, is this just a skin? Am I able to get back to Android 6 / EMUI 4 if it is? Will I get updates if I stay on this version?

Seems like you have one of the first OTAs for P9. You Have Android 5.1 with EMUI 3.1, not 7.0 with EMUI 5.0
Can you provide some screenshots? It'll be easier to check it

It's the leaked Nougat beta from July-August.
Search on this forum to go back to EMUI 4.1 from EMUI 5.0

Rollback from Android 7 to Android 6 official tool

Huawei offers a official tool for easy rollback…

Well I don't know will we get the official update but Android P custom ROMs should be easier to make now since our phone now has Project Treble support since as well before the official version was released I sae that someone managed to boot Android P Developer Preview 3 on this phone a month or two back.

I don't think the P8 Lite 2017 will get Android P,since the original P8 Lite only got one major Android version upgrade,and that is from Lollipop to Marshmallow.

We need 8.1 vendor. If not even treble can't help us.
