Error while updating to JB official release

Hi Fellas,
So here is my problem and i am sure you guys can fix it.
Phone-NOTE 1
Rooted-No
Current version-ICS
Country-India
Problem-I am trying tp update the firmware to JB on my phone using KIES ONLY because whatever i do if i check the OTA update it says"NO UPDATE AVAILABLE"
So anyways what happens is that it download the firmware update file and then after that when it tries to update/apply the update i get tjis freaking CHINESE/JAPANESE message and when i click OK it starts all over again
I have tried MULTIPLE SYSTEMS/MULTIPLE KIESINSTALLATIONS and STILL NO GO.
I have attached the screenshot of the error message and would really appreciate any help.I reaaly apologise in advance if there is any thread already created for this error.
I tried finding one but i couldnt.

[HELP] Problem with OTA Lollipop

Hello,
I have a problem with lollipop update in OTA.
Yesterday, I received a notification to say me that I can download the update.. after few minutes, the file was downloaded. I clicked on "begin", but nothing was done, the system go back to the screen about "System update" where it say "Your system is up to date" :crying:
I received a new notification this morning, but without success it do the same.. :crying:
My phone is no rooted and with a stock rom.
Someone has an idea?

[Q] Updating from 4.0.3 problems.

Hi all , 1st post here so hi from Scotland.
As t' title says I'm having Hassle's updating my GT-N7000 from 4.0.3 OTA vie settings/about phone/software update/update. It downloads fine, reboots and runs the extraction/update however when it gets to the home screen I'm told that the update has failed and to connect the phone to a PC via Kies Air. Only problem is I don't have a PC but i do have a nexus 7 13 which says is incompatible with kies according to Google play.
So I'm here begging favours people, anyone got a suggestion or workaround thingy? And thanks for reading.

No, there's a couple of launchers installed but it's not rooted.
I was wondering if I downloaded it and then booted to the boot-menu if I could run it from there, but then would that make a difference?

You can make a backup of your files & settings and do a factory reset. Maybe after that the ota update works. Give it a try, if not you need a PC and flash latest Stock Rom...

HTC M7- No Lolipop Updates Available?

dear all,
I m a user of htc m7, I tried bootloader to update the lollipop but not succeed. my phone is rooted but I don't know the problem why it is not updating as well auto and manually.
in the setting when I check for updates nothing happen.
while doing manually through PC in the end sending updated(0/5.......................) showing and failed after half and hour.
please help me to update lolipop update.

OTA update stuck..

I have just bought a new Samsumg S10 and it shows OTA update avilable..but it got stuck.
Tried everything to get it download but i am unable to fix it.
Tried cleaning cache..soft reset..download over wifi..
Please help..
