HTC ONE - keep restart, no MEID, no IMEI - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I need your help . HTC ONE got a gift - damaged. Still restarts all the time . So to the point, what I managed to do it. Unlocked bootloader and installed TWRP installed latest CM . All right , stop restart until future reference when you insert a SIM card - no network .then i check imei It appeared from the phone by entering * # 06 # IMEI no . I found the TWRP Backup compatible with my version , however, is for nothing , the phone restarts after backup - restart as the beginning. Do you have any ideas on how to solve ?

GSM phones doesn't have MEID, only CDMA phones have one.
Are you sure your imei isn't black listed?

You didn't need a new thread!
Try this for instructions, but flashing your original ruu may be easier, just remember you need to do the actual flash instruction twice when flashing.

Help! HTC One M7 802w (Dual Sim) booting then black screen!

Hi! I recently update my HTC One (M7) 802w nordic to 5.0.2 lollipop and today I tried to root it using Kingo Root but i did not get superuser instead i got CWM 6.0.3 something. The phone is unlocked but S-On. I tried to update SU with version 2.40 but didn't work the phone still turn on normally after that, then I tried to update again SU with version 2.46 that starts the problem, the phone boots into first HTC Splash screen then turns into blank screen and stuck, it doesn't turn off. I hope someone can help me fix my phone.
= I can still get into custom recovery, but no adb command (device offline) only fastboot commands work. And I'm not really good with cmd sorry.
== anyways here are my phone infos:

Try to download the zip from www . superuserdownload . com, and then flash it through CWM or TWRP.
By the way, how did you update to 5.0.2? OTA?

Thanks for your reply, do you think flashing boot.img will solve the problem?
...and the OTA update came automatically after 4.4.3 update here in Middle East.

i gave up finding the right ROM to fix it after endless looking around and then used http : // llabtoofer.com / htc-ruu-flashing-service - next day they contacted me and flashed the latest stock on to my device ... (totally worth the 20 bucks I paid for it)

No need to pay, if you can still get into custom recovery then download this custom firmware http://llabtoofer.com/2014/07/31/htc-one-dualsim-maximushd-3-0-0/ then copy to your ext-sdcard, boot into custom recovery and flash the .zip file. Or you can just get one of my backups [cwm or twrp] and restore your phone via custom recovery of your choice.
Hi, I tried to use your backup, but my system didn't boot. I used your 7.17.402.5 backup, because I have same problem as guys in this thread. Where can be a problem?

So basically, idk what's going on anymore... the IMEI number shows up when I do "fastboot getvar all" through adb, but when I boot my phone look at my phone identity in Settings, it says IMEI is unknown, and *#06# results in nothing as well.
I had my phone rooted (and didn't back it up because I didn't feel the need), then I tried to un-root it myself, but I messed up and wiped everything off of it, so I couldn't flash a ROM back onto it or anything, I sent it to a friend to fix it, and he couldn't do anything, so I tried to do it again myself, and ended up getting a Lollipop HTC One M7 ROM by ARHD onto it. Ever since, the SIM card hasn't been recognizing, and neither has the IMEI number been showing up.
I don't know too much about this stuff, so I'm really confused as to what I'm supposed to do. I tried to repair the IMEI using Terminal Emulator, which did nothing. Idk what else I can do. Pls help :crying:
I have this exact same issue.
My phone randomly rebooted this morning and got stuck in perenial boot-up cycle. Was working fine up until that point. So I did a factory reset on it from the bootloader, just whatever was already on the device. Ever since my phone has refused to recognise any sim card whatsoever. Everything else works fine, just doesn't find a sim.
My phone wasn't rooted, it was just stock upgraded to lollipop through system updates on the phone. I suspect the issue is to do with whatever files it is factory resetting from but like you I am pretty clueless as to how to fix the issue. I get similar diagnostics to you
