Running Resurrection Remix v5.3.3 on a S4 GT-i9500 with GearCM kernel.

1. The folders are not recognizable. I mean the boundaries and the background color of the folders are needed to be little darker. (Picture attached).
2. Though this might be my personal preference, the green and white text in "Settings" should be little brighter. (Picture attached).

Hi. I am on unofficial CM 12. The rom has it's own gallery app. You would find 'edit' option within the app. If you don't have the cm12 gallery app, I think you would be able to download it from play store as most of the cm apps are now on play store. Applied the Theme on my CM 12 OFFICIAL on my Nexus 4. Runs perfectly without no forced closing so far. Thx a lot!

I think it's because kane159 has different files in his windows directory,
exploring the .tsk, i've find this entry for the ok button and i think its these files:
\Windows\classicblue_bubble_ok.png
\Windows\classicblue_bubble_ok_disabled.png

Very nice theme kane159 but I have two problems with it. In Resco Explorer when i try to search for file I can't see the letters that I had write in the search field. And same goes to when I write in address box in Opera 9.7. I'm using the (W)QVGA version.
This looks great with your color taskbar! Now if I could just get the 3G icon instead of the EV icon with your color taskbar...

Great work, I want also to stress the fact that you adressed one of the inconsistencies of most if not all the other themes: you also skinned the system ugly white background like in contacts, calendar etc... !!! Kudos
One aesthetic suggestion: the frame of the bottom buttons is not closed on the lower side and to me it seems like the whole page is a few pixels too long and appears truncated. A conventional 4 sides button will solve it easily, what do you think?

For all whom might be interested in such a thing I found this in the nexus one forums. Credit goes to one stick.e. First (optional), if you want to save your settings (thanks decalex) using root explorer go to /data/data/com.handcent.nextsms/shared_prefs and copy the com.handcent.nextsms_preferences.xml to a safe location on your computer or sd card. Secondly, remove all things handcent on your phone incl. Font packs, plugins, etc. Install as a regular app. Lastly, restore the .xml you copied earlier (if you did it, duh) then change the theme to hero and the style to black and reboot. Now you'll have a sweet handcent with blacked out popups and the message screen shows through to your (live maybe?) Wallpaper.

I was gonna dive into the data/data folder to see if there was an easy way to restore my previous settings (like ringtones assigned to contacts, bubble colors, font sizes.. etc etc). Anyone able to restore their old setup yet while retaining this new version? I'll edit post if/when I figure it out .. fwiw

Sweet.. this worked-- for anyone has super customized their handcent settings (like I have). Someone could probably automate this with a batch, but it's not rocket science:
I use Root Explorer
BEFORE uninstalling your current version, go to:
data/data/com.handcent.nextsms/shared_prefs/
Copy: com.handcentnextsms_preferences.xml to your SDCard.
Uninstall your current handcent version, install the new version.
Copy the backed up xml from your SDCard back to data/data/com.handcent.nextsms/shared_prefs/
Then reboot (which will fix permissions, etc). All seems to work fine though and saved all of my settings.

How do you get the live wallpaper in the background? I only see image and color as options for the background. Thanks!
Edit: I see that you just see your live wallpaper in the settings if you have one set. I thought you guys meant that you could choose a live wallpaper as the background for both the conversation and chat backgrounds...
ya-- it basically just makes the window background transparent, so you see through to the other side.

While testing, I faced a similar problem. Quick settings weren't themed while using any theme. The problem went away after a clean flash. Its got to do with the theme engine.

why every black theme has no selection animation ..... i mean if i tap wi-fi icon on setting then it should be highlight with some different color (like grey color on default white setting)..

I found 2 bugs until now.
1. When playing YouTube videos via the app, UI is force close, and I had to reboot my device.
2. When playing videos in full screen via the browser (chrome in my case), the colors inverting. Colors not as they should be.
Any fix?

Try to go to Settings > Apps > Gallery/Photos/YouTube (whichever app you got the error) Force Stop the app
try again
Else
Force Stop and clear the cache
then try !!
My guess is , the apps tht are malfunctioning dont get their theme applied properly

and the bluetooth-grey is in "ic_qs_bluetooth_off.xml" (21 & 24)
Both are in systemui overlay...

For this particular theme, look in assets\overlays\android\res\values\colors.xml & assets\overlays\android\res\values-v24\colors.xml for user_icon_1 to user_icon_8 - it ought to be one of these. However, the stock user_icon_1 on my rom is #ff00bcd4 which is the colour shown in your screenshot so I'm not sure what's going on as it should have been changed to #ff0288D1 by the bwaf theme apk
Not sure about the power menu as I don't have the time to look at it.
