Hello, sorry to bother here, can i ask if this device is tegra 4i? And if it is so maybe someone can share some knowledge about how to find the boot.img, I want to unlock the bootloader for my lg g2 mini and i am reaching out for some devs that work the tegra architecture. First of all, welcome.
Sadly not many devs are working with tegra variant.
You can head to miui forums, but i doubt that it would be helpful.

ROM is also called as operating system. Devices which are sold in different countries are shipped with unique rom which is optimized for that country. Here (this amazing site) you can learn all about your device. You can post a question or help in the forum but please search for the same that someone should have got the same question or need of help of which you are about to. And don't forget to thank anyone who helped you anyway.
And regarding tips you can surf the forum there is section where you can find a the tips and tricks. Here it is..

Hi all,
I came across here, as I had lot of struggle to make some oldtime mobiles "compatible" with my children.
So basic topic is making androids children safe and re-use old, unsupported devices like S4, S5, S7 with LineageOS.
I want to take the chance to thank everyone, who has already contributed here, read already a lot of stuff and got some helpfull hints.

Hello XDA forums I came to your site looking for an upgrade for my old tablet. I come from Germany and have been familiar with my own little technical gimmicks for a long time. My tablet is the Lifetab 10320 and I would like to update it. I am grateful for hints and help. My age is already a bit advanced and that's why some things just take a little longer! Hi There, I'm glad I could join your Community, I have known about XDA devs for a few years now and have checked a few threads over the years , and I just wanna say that you guys are awesome, and the things that can be accomplished thanks to the collective efforts and knowledge here are nothing short of amazing to me.
I hope as I gain more of that knowledge and experience I may too be able to enrich this community.
I have always used Android , and never cared much for Apple, it seems too overpriced and unreliable to me.
I have been using an LG G8 "ThinQ" Verizon (stock) for some time now, and just decided to go ahead and Jump into world of possibilities that Custom ROMS and Root Modules offer to the curious "thinQering" mind.
However, I have run into a situation where I am unsure of how to proceed, STILL, before posting I will make sure to READ everything relevant to the problem that I can find.
I am Confident a Solution can be achieved.
