Don't need relock
Stock recovery and unmodified system files are enough

1- As mentioned above, remove IMEI and s/n from your post.
2- what were you flashing (the RUU??); link please
3- your firmware is in some serious sh*t limbo
4- which recovery did you flash, and did you verify MD5 of recovery; more than likely a corrupt download, that's why it can't enter recovery
Thanks and sorry for taking me so long to answer i have tried re-downloading twrp but still nothing the RUU i use the latest one i could find for brigthstar US(i cant post the link right now forum rules for new users) and i tried both this way and via fastboot with the zip file. is there anything i can do?

1- there is no such thing as "latest", please guys, stop referring to everything as "latest"; that's why they invented version numbers
2- you can't post links, but you could just remove http:// and put a few spaces in between, we can figure that out
3- hboot is 1.56, so i can assume you SHOULD be on a 4.xx firmware/rom, but there is no RUU for that (as far as i know), hence ^^ above
you're phone is in serious limbo, and you either need to run a complete RUU with current or higher version (difficult since it's not available), or you need to get S-Off to use a lower version (ie downgrade) RUU.
dl4.htc.com/RomCode/Source_and_Binaries/RUU_M7_UL_JB43_SENSE50_MR_BrightstarUS_WWE_3.22.1540.1.exe
and you are rigth i were on 4.4 if am not mistaken my last firmware before this was 4.06.1540.2 but it was an OTA update and i couldn't find anything closer to that on the htc dev site. Thanks for your time i guess for what you said i have to wait unitl the RUU catch up with the hboot on that OTA.
hi again guys after some research i found the firmware update of an OTA and flash it back to my phone so at least i get back some firmware:

(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-bee46337
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0
the problem is that the phone keeps booting into the bootloader and i had't been able to flash a custom recovery yet or at least not able to acces it. if some one got any ideas i'll be thankfull
You should have stock recovery now after flashing the firmware. Is your bootloader locked or unlocked now?

you will probably need to reset your phone back to stock in order to take the ota.
you can go back to stock using a nandroid backup + stock recovery of your version or by using a RUU (easy with s-off)

I have same problem.
I don't want to go back to standard recovery, then again setup TW recovery. I don't know how to returt standard recovery.
I just need to delete this update or setup it with my teamwin recovery. Is it possible?
I hate this message with system update. Each hour it disturbs me.

The only way to get the OTA update is to have stock recovery, stock rom and maybe some files in /preload/ directory. There is no way to flash the files in TWRP.

First thing you should have done was to read the moderator warnings at post #1 of that thread you have linked. This guide is dangerous for your phone and there are now really easier and safer way to do this without any risk for your phone like explained in the OP and be me if you read the last pages of that thread.
2nd, your phone is a Sprint CDMA variant (M7WLS). You can't flash a M7_UL RUU (like the GPE version) on a M7WLS. The WLS variant doesn't have the same partition layout and modem as the M7_UL. So on your Sprint phone you can only flash sprint RUU. Converting your phone by changing the MID is only possible for the M7_U and M7_UL version.
3rd The gray screen is actually the eng hboot. Like explained in that guide, you can still use fastboot commands there to change your MID. But since this guide doesn't apply to your phone, what you need to do now is to reflash your stock bootloader over the eng bootloader which will get you out of this mess.
4th If you don't get fastboot connectivity at the gray screen, its probably because you didn't read the warning at post #2 neither. You have to use Windows 7 since newer versions of windows can't detect the phone on hboot 1.44 and below (the eng hboot is 1.39....)

Get back to stock rom

Hi
I want to get back to stock rom, but i'm lost when it comes to selecting the right software for my device.
Right now it runs TWRP and CM12.
I have previously tried to get back to stock rom, but an OTA update (containing firmware 7.19.401.30) more or less bricked it.
I used a backup to get back and the later installed CM12
Im not sure which firmware its running right now because it says "OS-7.19.401.30 (7.19.401.2)"

Are you s-off?
Since your version-main is 7.19.401.30
This is the firmware you have currently, so search for a 7.19.401.30 twrp backup and restore it in twrp, and dont update through htc's ota unless you have a matching stock recovery

You can use the 7.19.401.22 RUU from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/general/lollipop-ruu-zip-small-collection-t3053944
BUT, you will have to follow the "How to Downgrade with S-On" steps at the bottom of page two, as the ruu is older than your current version main
Note flashing a ruu will wipe data. Flashing instructions are on top of page one.

the 7.19.401.51 RUU is also available, didn't have the time to update the OP yet, you can find it in the last pages of the RUU thread.

Your phone is S-ON and you have Lollipop firmware along with 1.61 Hboot. Try the Lollipop version of RUU or flash a Lollipop custom rom.

Did you use htc_fastboot as instructed in the first post?
Generic fastboot cannot handle files larger than 1.5gb. So to flash lollipop ruu's you must use htc_fastboot.
You can download it here https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934550031
Drop the htc_fastboot.exe in your fastboot folder. Then use the command
Code:
htc_fastboot flash zip "nameofzip".zip
