Hi, when I try to boot my asus memo pad 10, logo appears, then dissapear and black screen.
In device manager I see as:

when start is in the button then it's a smartphone wm device
as in a device which don't have touchscreens so unless you got
such a device you can't

When I press anything other than the send button, it just boots and everything seems fine.
But I really would like to know where this screen comes from? Is there something on the main memory or storage card where it does some checks?

Yesterday I tried to change the version of operating system to my amazon fire 5 gen
And by accident I chose the reboot to bootloader option and stayed on a black screen
I already tried all the methods by pressing the power button but nothing
Is there any way to repair it or have my pc detect it

yesterday my phone randomly restarts so i guess that i should install a mirroring app in case i suffer from the black screen and i was right the soft reset is not fixing the black screen it just restart the phone but the phone starts again on a black screen what should i do to my phone. i can still access my phone through the mirroring app.
