I have an unlocked HTC One that I got from Negri Electronics. I want to flash CyanogenMod on it, and I'm not sure which version of CM I should use.
This is the exact phone I have: http://negrielectronics.com/htc-one-801s-64gb-oem-unlocked-silver.html#
Is the one found here the correct version? http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/M7ul_Info
Thanks.
801S is Asian model and part of UL family. So yes, it's correct.

Thank you for the reply but what is UL? And can you suggest an easy to follow yet detailed tutorial for installing CM? I'd be greatly appreciated.

Just download normal version of CM. Works great. Do a full wipe and install.

Here's the download page on get.cm
http://get.cm/?device=m7ul
They are all ul versions. These are nightly rom's, meaning a new version is released every day. These are also Beta mind you, meaning there will be bugs.
Flash the latest on the top and you are good to go.

if anyone sees the update, download & post before installing! thx!
Can't wait for someone to post it so I can update my phone. I work in a cellular black hole, I can start calls but they constantly drop.
That's just awesome! Can't wait for WiFi calling! Not that I'll use it very much, but it's great to know that I can use it.
I agree I was envious of t-mobile for wifi calling

if you are using a GPE or SENSE rom, then use a GPE or SENSE compatible kernel that match your version.

I'm completely stock in 4.4.3 with the exception of being s-off. I have searched everywhere I can think of and cannot find a stock recovery file. Anyone have a link to it so that I can flash back to stock?
