I'm posting here since I just joined the forum and I cannot post in the development thread yet.
This is the error I got trying to root my official LG 2.3.4 V20L Optimus 2X:

Thankfully the phone didn't get bricked, although the screen was on and telling me that SW was being upgraded.
Thanks in advance!

I just read the whole thread for the third time and I didn't see any mention to this error.
When you say something like this, what exactly do you mean? Could you please show me the specific post to which you are referring?

Pull down the status bar and set the mode immersive mode so you will have the Pie control This has all the features you do not miss any
I'm making a video that will show all the features and fluidity while maintaining impressive animations default to 1x.

Hello All,
I recently installed this ROM to my HTC One, but I cannot make/receive call. It says no service. I had no problem with other ROMs so far. Could this be becasue of the kernel? Any suggestions? Thanks!
