Unable to switch calls

So I'm getting this problem that I'm unable to hold calls or receive a waiting call.

Should I send my phone to service center? I'm starting to hate this phone, it's too darn buggy, even the firmware didnt fix anything

Every so often in a group text message I get the same reply repeatedly over and over from the same person.

I get this problem when roaming internationally with T-Mobile. I'd say it's a carrier issue. Are the MMSs coming from someone on a different carrier?

T-mobile Strange numbers in Stock sms

So I have been using textra since around the 1st week of January when I got the note 4. I deleted it today and went in to the stock sms and this is what I found

None of these were showing in textra. I have no idea what the numbers are. I have googled them but nothing really comes up.
Any ideas?

Change default area code

Hey, so I bought a Verizon phone.. I live in Ecuador and everything works great. Except: There's a default area code that goes "+159" and it automatically ads it to any phone call that I get. Anybody knows how to change this? I'd appreciate it.

i think its can be done with device manager otherwise i would talk to your service provider

Change SIM number?

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask you if you know any program that inserts / modifies the number of your SIM, obviously the number information, not the phone number to call. Until recently I used the SIM Editor program, which changes the information on the SIM number (with root), but with Android 10 it doesn't work. On the Play Store I have not found anything about it.
