The ROM is buttery smooth similar to that of xenius9 ROM
But WiFi doesn't work. Baseband is working but I haven't tried calls.
About recovery : very bad
It can flash only those files which are signed i.e requires header footer and md5 verification of each file.
So you can't flash Ported Zips!
Please include XZPhilzRecovery

Generally the fastboot flash of the kernel has an effective feel to it, though it doesn't really make a difference, but it ensures your kernel is properly flashed. Chances of errors are far lesser usually.

4.4 recovery doesnot have cm12 zip new parameters for installing ROM correctly.
To ensure no errors while taking a major upgrade I think you should flash CM12 boot.img first

I have some changes for this :
Step 7: Delete the vendor folder found in the Xperia Z Rom and replace it with the vendor folder copied from your Xperia ZR Mobile.
(only need the vendor/camera folder to fix camera)
and copy ZR system/app/SemcIllumination.apk of your phone to XZ rom system/app to fix light.
and it works on .569 JB4.3

Yes. Me to on locked boot loader only. But for the stock based ROM we need not necessary to port kernel cause Xperia Z and ZR both has same firmware so can flash it without changing kernel.
Note: if you are in android 4.1.2, don't flash 4.2.2 ROM of Xperia Z cause you will end up with boot loop.

This ROM was stopped at 4.4.2 for our device but I kept on searching and found it that the devs are working for us too and I'm really happy to share it with everyone coz this ROM has most of the features which we can gain from xposed... If in case anyone falls in boot loop after installing xposed framework just dirty flash the same version and you are good to go... With xposed working property (again it's just for people who face bootloop after installing xposed framework)

Delta versions are about 10 - 20 MB updates which is by far better than downloading 100mb + per update I have tried nameless on P880 and amazing ROM

1)'Battery life and performance' why don't you check it as you will be the only person to overclock/ underclock according to your daily requirements
2)For xposed issue if in case occurred please do read previous post.
3)A dirty flash is only wiping cache and davlik then flashing your ROM....
a Clean flash is at LEAST factory reset/data wipe + wiping davlik(factory wipe takes care of /cache also)... Maybe doing a format /system also.
Peace

Im on existenz ultimate v 1.5.5. And xzk v26
Does i have do any special work or i just go to recovery and wipe all and flash this rom!?
have i download the latedt version of rom!?(only 200 mb!?) and flash it!?
Can you please link last version of gapps for this rom!?
I really like its face
Amazing whit aosb and unicorn
I am losing my baseband after clean flashing this ROM. Anyone else facing this problem? I tried multiple clean installs still facing the same issue. WiFi is working but loss of baseband means I am not getting any mobile signal. Had to restore my dirty unicorn backup and everything works fine on it.
I even tried flashing baseband only from an ftf using flashtool that also failed.
Edit: Issue fixed by flashing latest twrp recovery and then flashing the rom.
