Change back your CID to HTC__102
Change back your MID to PN071000
then follow instruction in nkk71's guide (linked in my signature) using the 1.28.401.7 ruu.zip.
Follow post 1,2 and 4 of his guide and you'll be fine.

My guess would be that the person before you has flashed a firmware package onto the phone which made the unlikely combinations of version. I wouldn't pay too much of an attention to those.
My output is as follows:
Code:

(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000

Don't pay attention to the cidnum, as I'm S-OFF and SuperCID. The modelid is the number for EMEA region. cidnum, I think, is only important for S-OFF and/or SuperCID, but since you're on HBOOT 1.54 those aren't yet availble.

[Q] Going stock 4G -> LTE

Hey guys,
I want to try to go stock with my HTC One (CID HTC__102).
I have a Problem. After I have installed the WWE Rom, I have a weird 4G icon for LTE connectivity. This is not the original LTE icon for my Region (Germany).
Is theyre a fix or nandroid backup for me?
Greetings

If you want full stock and get OTA updates, then download this and flash in TWRP recovery, select flash stock recovery in the installer but don't select flash radio, you will get an update as soon as you've set your device back up, ie region, gmail account, facebook etc.
(be warned, this might set you back to s-on)
http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/guru_reset_m7_3-62-401-1-zip/
Its for these models:
modelid: PN0710000

HTC__102, HTC__203
HTC__405, HTC__Y13
HTC__304, HTC__032
HTC__A07, HTC__J15
HTC__016
There is also a newer RUU here, but one a slightly different firmware 4.19.401.9

well with s-off you could simply flash the latest version ruu for your version (.401) and start over with a fresh install of your OS or you can do what mentioned above.
skuid: http://trjlive.com/2013/11/guide-sku-id-htc-one/
note that modding this file will probably prevent you to install future ota unless you revert the changes before each ota.
Hey,
I have tried every link and zip and I still getting the 4G symbol.

First edit your post and remove IMEI and s/n, then
[GUIDE] [02-MAR-2014] nkk71's SuperGUIDE to returning 100% back to stock
using RUU.ZIP method, using this ruu.zip: RUU Zip M7_UL_JB_50_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.7
going s-on is strictly YOUR decision, and should only be done if you are returning for warranty or selling your phone.... and quite often even in those cases it doesn't matter

I have tried RUU's but I can't seem to find the right one (Apparently there is none for this CID). There is no OS so I cant get S-OFF or Root. Bootloader has been unlocked but Relocked for RUU. Twrp flashes but bootloops after trying to enter recovery. And CWM is a black screen. Any advice?
Help is very much appreciated

Only Verizon ruu will correctly work on the Verizon m7. Conversion is possible for m7_ul and m7_u variants not m7wlv neither m7wls (Verizon and Sprint). Even if flashing a m7_ul ruu on your phone was possible, it would not enables more bands.
