I'm trying to port Vanir AOSP to our device, but can't get it to work, been reading XDA University tutorial, Vanir's tutorial, CM tutorials, and just cant get it to work, can anyone guide me through porting? since we already have CM thanks to crpalmer it should be relatively easy.

Hi guys, as the title says i would like to know how to build cm10 from source. I followed squad guide on cm7 and cm9...So now what i have to change (i think files from 4.1 in jdk but what about the repo?)

there is already a cm10 but if u wish to build one there is a guide in chef forums

Can the devs here on xda make this rom work again it's the cm9 by mujeni rom for desire c.
Ok I tested this Rom and it works! But there are some problems that have to be fixed like camera, Wi-fi, audi, cm9 ramdisk.
My question: Can you devs please fix this so we can run it on our phones please?
I really hope this phone can finally fully run cm9 without any problems in the future.

I think we'll be a while waiting for this to port to our phone .
We are desperately short of experienced developers for it. I'm thinking about learning how to do it as well but lets face it its going to take a bit for a load of beginners to get their heads around the problems
I'm the same as richard, i'm trying to learn "some stuff" but I dunno if some beginners will fix the problems fast. Maybe it will happen we need to wait a little more, for some new devs to come in

In general, our actual device to CM 10 or 10.1, or just no one wants? And then I have one on samsung gio CM 10.1 flash and everything is fine. Maybe we should ask the developers to make a working CM? Why our device does not do developers do?

Hi guys! Im curious why our monster device dont have too much ported roms though it is possible? is it because there is only few users? I want to learn how to port roms for our device. Im reading a tutorial here in XDA and have a porter friend from my past device. I asked him to port roms for our device like slimbean, carbonrom, Pac etc. Hope this device gets more attention from the rom makers

I will help you as much as i can...will share links which i have read to port MIUI V5 for our device...
And the reason that our device does not has many roms is that it was not released globally like the S3 or S4...
It is actually local only to Korea...and still many have managed to get it...
And its good if we all work together as a team ... we sure will have many roms for our device too....:good:

Yup, even i am referring to the same guide...
Now as far as i know we do have a clean CM10 as base for SHV-E120L & SHV-E120S both...but we dont have a pure clean CM10.1 for either of the devices...
But we do have Mokee OS 4.2.2 for both of the above mentioned devices...and i even tried to take CM10.1 from Cyanogen mods website and take Mokee OS as base to port the latest to CM10.1 and have a running CM10.1 but i never succedded...
And i was also wondering if you know what is the difference between these 2 devices...

Thats what i dont know. Im just a new user of this device. If we have clean CM10 then we can port 4.1.2 roms. but not 4.2.2. It's OK there are lot of nice 4.1.2 roms out there Can u give me the link of the clean CM10 for SHV e120L?

Hey there fellow mi3's! So yeah, my title says it all. I know that every developer is now busy with their respective ROM's and now that we have cm11 for our device, why not take it to the next level and build PA? I know its not all easy to build a ROM. This is only my suggestion devs. My respects to all the devs of MI3. Kudo's and Good luck!
