I hoping it fixes the random disconnects. Never happened until the last FW update, then I got one every other day and it was pretty tiresome. Also never tracked it down but I keep randomly seeing something about host stopped working as well as "cannot install app to the Gear" when turning on the phone after being off or something of that nature.

I bought my Neo over two weeks ago and after sync setup it auto updated to this version.

I check for updates every day and I'm still stuck on ND8.

Just head over to sammobile download and update it. Which country are you in.

I'm in the United States and have the Gear 2. I don't even see the US listed as an option on sammobile.

Seems to be improved user interface, havnt seen any difference yet, and S-Health performance, that i also have yet to see any difference in.

I can see it but still can't access the clocks in my gear manager after installing it. I am going back to d8. I downloaded the dd firmware for the UK and it gave me a fitness manager app. S health works now and syncs. But I started having an issue where my phone answers automatically or disconnects whenever I get a call while connected to my gear 2 neo. Also there is no us update for the dd firmware. I have searched high and low, but the knowledge and support for the gear 2 is very limited. Too many issues being reported out the box. My assumption is people who are rooted or using custom roms are having the most trouble. Good luck early adopters.

GWR Wi-Fi Update/ Android Wear Update

I mean, its pretty obvious nothing is coming out this week, but maybe someone has heard about another release date?

Maybe it depends on how the Urbane sales are going. If they are slow we might have to wait even longer for the update so they can carry on pushing it as the only LG watch with WiFi!!!!!

That is true, however they explained this in May so that people won't get confused:
“LG Watch Urbane is the only wearable device Currently shipping with the latest version of Android Wear OS and is Wi-Fi capable out of the box. The original LG G Watch was not designed with Wi-Fi in mind and will not have this capability even after the Android Wear update. LG G Watch R will require a maintenance release after the patch update to Android Wear-access Wi-Fi networks. LG engineers are preparing the patch now for availability in the third quarter.”

I'm gonna wait myself. I don't rush updates anymore. I have found the old adage "be careful what you ask for" to be spot on with it comes to Android updates over the past year or so.

Just got an OTA - I was surprised to find a WiFi section in the settings menu. Should be working fine, I haven't tested it yet. Build number is LCA44B.

Still nothing in northern California.

just installed the new nexus 6 stock image for 6.0 and i have none of the new features no doze no status bar icons change no nothing , i basically got the same mennu options as lolipop. wtf

The new API2 based camera-app is exclusive to new nexus phones. we have to stick with googles old camera based on 'pre lollipop API' or install mediocre camera apps from play store.

Snark aside... have you read about 6.0 at all?
Doze and App Standby both work under the hood. There is a setting in the Battery setting to exempt an app from the optimizations, but other than that, there's no user-facing options for them. Want to know about the two options... read here before you complain.
There are several other areas that have been reworked... The memory windows, app permissions, etc... look through and you'll find plenty of tweaks and improvements.
It isn't like its a surprise. The preview builds have been out for months and there are dozens of articles online about the changes in 6.0. If, after that, you still don't understand the changes... not sure what to say.

ok, to avoid the runaway trainwreck, i am going to close this here... lets all try to better than this, huh XDA?

Got the same messenger update as well. If Google created a messenger that worked over wifi and sms like iMessage, that would be great.

Says only 6p and pixel xl. For sprint t-mobile and att. Verizon is not capable..... Surprising usually Sprint users like myself always get the back end of things it's finally nice to see another carrier this time.

Well I'm on Shamu not 6p and I received these features

You may be able to "get it" by turning off battery optimization for the app in Settings - Battery - 3 dot menu then Battery Optimization - select Google Messenger and "Don't Optimize".

Screen stuttering while scrolling intermittently

This started happening after Oreo update. Comes and goes. Very annoying that stupid things like that keep creeping up over and over again.

It does not help. Still stuttering right now. Nokia pushing for a whole new level of idiocy.

After disable glance option from display, the problem disappeared until now.
It has been communicating with the support section of the Nokia (By support App) and reporting the problem
They promised to solve the problem in an update, but they needed more than one communication of the problem.
