If you are getting a boot loop then definitely the zip isn't compatible with the os.

You have to flash custom recovery.

I am not able to transfer my app to my internal sd card ..in xperia z2 rom ...
Bug -in app drawer the icon to open left panel is not working.

Device memory to internal storage
The best rom yet. I have one issue that all my apps are installed to device memory. And i am not able to move it to internal storage. I am using micromax canvas turbo A250. Plz help me out with this

Thanks for the xperia z2 rom, i have flashed it and it's working perfectly. i have only one question - i was playing asphalt 8 on my turbo before installing the custom rom and it was awesome but after flashing xperia it's lagging & graphics are not good. please advice me how to fix it.

Just flashed this on TWRP 2.8.1 on my XT1053 with Verizon...everything works so far! No noticable bugs. Will keep updated. Like another user suggested, please add active notifications <3

If I want to update to your latest version from the previous version, do I need to wipe everything again? Or what should I wipe before I flash it?

Basically, there shouldn't be any problems if you dirty flash a new build. But, if the Dev heavily tweak the ROM from one to the next release you should wipe, just to be sure everything works as expected. In that case the developers mostly post a information on that.
Personally I only wipe cache before doing a ROM update.

downloads not working
Everything works fine on my moto x xt1052 except the fact that I can't download anything from the internet.. used 2g, 3g, wifi everything... even wifi file transfer apps r not working... somebody pls help me fix this issue... thanks in advance...

1. Make nandroid backup of the current rom in the recovery,
2.install this ROM
3. restore the data only !

As long as you don't factory reset (and are updating cm12 to cm12), the only necessary steps should be:
•backup (in case of issues)
•flash new system zip
•flash gapps (only neccesary if cm does not preserve gapps)
•reboot device
•enjoy
Restoring /data shouldn't be necessary because the updater script shouldn't touch data if you don't tell it to.

what should i do?, i cant instal this rom. i receve in recovery this messege: "zip signiture verification faild"

Setup wizard Crash 5.1 i9300
Guys can u please help me when I am setting up my phone on 5.1 expermental I can't get past the Cyanogenmod accounts because it says "Setup wizard has unfortunately stopped" then it crashes can you guys pls tell me a way around this, BTW I have tried to install the ROM and gapps seperatly but that does not work

I had the same when I flashed the gapps right after flashing the ROM.
I restored my backup of my previous ROM and flashed this ROM again, but now without gapps. It now started normally and after getting through the setup wizard I flashed gapps..

When I complete the installation, it keep showing "Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped.", and take me back to the first step of the installation, any clues? Or did I do something wrong?

cm12.1 is it the same build as the first dated 24-3-15.

My NFC chip is busted and when it's on it drains the battery. I turn it off but then it turns on again. Any ideas?

My Thoughts about 5.1
I have been using CM 12.1 for some good couple of days now and I would like to mention what I have noticed from problems so far:
-Nav-bar buttons are huge, which need to be resized to normal size.
-Package Installer FCs after installing apps from external sources.
-Wifi hotspot is NOT even in the settings.
-There are multiple FCs after the following:
*Going into the Lollipop easter egg that is based on the CM character.
*Changing the shortcut toggles in the navigation drawer.
Plus there's a HUGE System UI crash after setting a secured locksreen such as with PINs or Patterns, causing the phone to be unusable until it's wiped and flashed again.
I hope these FCs get fixed Asap

Actually 5.0 gaps aren't compatible with cm 12.1 , so you have to flash 5.1 gapps (I could find just the minimal package)

12.1 crashes after 30 minutes playing music with bluetooth headset

as already mentioned in this thread, my s3 with 12.1 crashes each time after playing 20 - 30 seconds with bluetooth headset.
Tried various headsets.
Problem does not occur when you listen to the music with wired headphones or without headphones at all.
Problem also does not occur when you receive or do a phone call over bluetooth headset.
Only happens with music and bluetooth headphones.

Yeah you can install it ,and make sure that you do a clean install wipe everything except external sd card ...

Line calls doesnt work the same in CM11. I think the same with WhatsApp calls and Messenger calls. This ROM is awesome. It's a shame. I invite you to follow up of the development of this ROM.

HDR in camera not working
Thank you for this wonderful ROM, it's fast, smooth and slim- exactly what I was looking for.
But unfortunately the HDR function will crash the camera app, the same Issue as in the [ROM][TITAN][4.4.4] Cyanogenmod 11 [UNIFIED] .
I came from stock Motorola ROM, went over to MicroKat 1.2 and wanted to test this PA....but Camera crashes when shooting HDR pictures
Anyone else experiences this one?

first of all i wiil give the congratulations for the develomper ,sorry if my english not the best , but i´m from spain and i dont know if i make any mistake , ok now i will say my opinions , the first think wich i saw was one problem with the refresh aspect , i was chating with a frien in whatsapp and when she send a audio message for mi , i download it and when i think that the downloading has finising , i toch the play button and again download , i dont know why but it happen whit otther chats
otther thin , when i touch the power button some times dosent happen nothing , i have to reboot my mobile to can enter again .
Also other problem wich i had was relacionate with te 3g data , some times i had active the conection and nothing happen , and it wasnt a problem with te signal , then in 5 minutes by surprise charge all the messages ,
And the last (what its better to say problem fix or bug? ) which i saw was relacionate with xposed , i use it from long time ago and when i instal on my desvice , also i install gravitybox and i change some aspect like the possition of the clock or the navigation bar style, because i want to put the android l style and when i reboot my mobile nothing , there arent any changes and it happen with other xposed modules ? ( i dont know if it is write well)

You first need to flash CM12 LBL and then this rom. It doesnt matter on which rom or version of stock u are on.

Amazing ROM!!!
This Custom ROM is amazing, but found some problems and wanted to announce ...
The SystemUI stop when I put PIN to unlock, thus failing to unlock.
The notification Drawer, notification of the app "Music" will have white letters of the same background color becoming unreadable
Missing Stamina mode, which has the shortcut on noticações bar but it is not possible to activate.
I can not update the sketching app or the Play Store or manually, remember not the problem.
I would ask some improvements, such as:
The equalization of the Walkman and the app to edit tags of music
The app Smart social Camera the Xperia line, I believe that this will have the camera shortcut on the lockscreen !!!
Some native apps from Sony as Phone, Contacts, Messaging, clock and radio
Ability to use Themes xperia
The Stamina mode and the X-Reality [less importance]
The effect of particles on the lock screen of Z3 [less importance]
I'm not demanding anything, are just ideas for improvement! use the way you want ideas! and again congratulations on ROM I hunted one as well the time and this is almost perfect for me !!!

камера не работает, включил защиту пином в итоге ввожу пин, выходит системная ошибка и возвращает на заблокированный экран. помогло удаление файла пароля из рекавери.

Yes please remove this systemui unstable as hell, I can't even use this SUPER rom because anytime i install and boot (no matter if first boot or reboot) it keeps telling me Unfortunately systemui stopped working/A(z) rendszer alkalmazás sajnos leállt. Kinda annoying I really want to try this rom but the systemui is just useless pile of crap.
