Hi guys i really need someone with Xt1052 german version (4.4.4)
Is anyone so kind to make a twrp backup of just system and boot..

Boot up into TWRP, click "BACKUP", and uncheck everything except system and boot, and make the backup. Then boot back into android, find the backup (in twrp folder), upload it, and post the link.

Actually I have no idea where to upload.. I would use Google Drive or Dropbox.. But just because I usually use those services!

Mahesh,I guess it's the same except that the stock keyboard is a little different (we dont have the swype like function here)

You have to use TWRP to "restore" that backup.

That should get you by FOR NOW. As soon as the full 4.4.4 SBF is released, you should flash the entire thing. Otherwise, you may brick when you take the NEXT OTA (the one that hasn't been released yet).
You don't want to brick, right? So just flash the full 4.4.4. SBF when available.

There is no 4.4.3 in these regions i think, there's only 4.4.2 and 4.4.4.
Edit: You can download 4.4.2 here, there's no 4.4.4 firmware yet..

What did you have? Do not flash a lower version, you can or will brick.
I have to ask... What happened? You've had issues in the past... Or is this the same issue as a while ago?

Please someone can tell me an easy way to get 23.16.3.

Flash back to stock rom by using graffixNYC 5.0 rom, then proceed to update via OTA.

Sure. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3148211 on 2nd post you will find 1095 firmware and 4th post fastboot commands you need.

UK rom on AT&T Note 3

Hi. i just bought a note 3 from eBay and did not realize it was a us at&t version. Is it possible to flash a uk rom on this model so i can use tethering? The model number is SM-N900A

if you are on kit kat or jelly bean go to
http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.installer
then go to
http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.dym.motoxtether
and install the moto x tether and you are done

not too sure on how to root it never done that before.

Couldn't get it to work it won't even update from 4.4.2
Any other possible way to root this device and get wifi
hotspot working? It's driving me nuts not being able to
use it specially since I have 100% unlimited data and mobile hotspot data and a LTE 49mbs up, 21mbs dwn speed at home. Is it not possible at all to flash a uk network provider rom on it at all? Like Vodafone or 3 UK?

so I'm considering getting a Note 4 for backup. I'm going to be getting it from BestBuy. But while doing some research I noticed the model # they ship out is SM-910T2. It's supposed to be an unlocked version. Does anyone know if there is any difference in the firmware to the 910T? Rootable? Didn't find much info after further research. Appreciate any help.

If you check sammobile it looks as if that model never got updated pass 4.4.4. As for root, not sure but you can flash the firmware on the tmobile version 910T even from 6.0.1. Hope this helped.

Yes, that definitely helps. I didn't want to end up w a device that I can't root. I saw on another thread it's rootable but idk if I'll run into issues when it comes time to flash MM roms on KK firmware.

Flash twrp recovery by odin
Boot into twrp
Flash supersu.zip from twrp and reboot. You will get permanent root with supersu binaries.
Uninstall kingroot from kingroot settings and full unroot before doing this method.
Twrp recovery.
