I am looking for a desktop charging cradle for the tilt that has the ability to plug in headphones.
I have seen cord style adapters out there to do this. My priorities, however, are to a desktop cradle first and thought it would be nice to listen to music at the same time.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Seidio has such a cradle, check out their website. I've got one and it works well. This maybe a better topic to go under the Kaiser Accessories forum, by the way.
Thanks. That looks good. It states that the jack should be put into "powered speakers". Does it work ok with headphones?
I was just realizing that I should have posted in the accessories forum. Can I move the post, or does an Admin have to do it. If I can, I would be happy to move it over there.
Works just fine with my headphones. I think what they're saying is if you want to plug regular (non-headphone) speakers in, it won't be able to power them.
The product, functionally, is exactly what I am looking for. I did end up buying it. It is:
Seidio InnoDock, CRSIAP6800-DGC
BUT...
As an update, let me share with others that find this post while searching, why I would NOT Recommend this product!!!!!
1st - much like current phones you need to buy an additional product to charge it from a wall outlet. It only comes with a usb charging cable, so I hope you plan on docking it near a computer, or paying the extra $10 to buy the wall charger. That's unexpected with a $39.95 product.
2nd - I hope you have agile hands, because this has to be the most awkward "dock" i have ever used. The mini-usb connector is floating in the middle of nowhere on a tilting peice of plastic. It is at least a 2 handed operation and takes way to much effort to be efficient. And...after all that labor to get it on, hope you have 2 hands to pull it off. I assume they made the "tilting" design to accomodate those with an extended battery on the back, but seriously...is that the best they could come up with.
My $20 generic car dock is better than this thing to slip my Tilt in and out of. Good luck to those searching for a good desktop dock, but keep looking.
It is a little awkward, agreed, though I have gotten used to it.
Further Update:
Once again, for those of you looking to purchase a dock...
I hope that you do not like to use your phone while it is charging in the cradle, because with every touch of the stylus on the screen, the whole cradle tips backwards. Very annoying.
My plan is to write to Seidio and get a refund, I will follow up with my customer service experience.
dealextreme sku.37088
it does look pretty ****ty
it seems ok but the price seems like everywhere else
has anyone got the battery from dealextreme and can give some comments about it?
did anyone get the ebay or amazon ones?
So, I've been wanting to get a second (and third) battery for my Note II when it arrives. Which of the two are better, though? A lot of people seem to support Anker but it looks like Hyperion are good as well, and seemingly cheaper.
Any advice would be very much appreciated, and thanks

I keep a set of the Anker's that you listed there, in my emergency bag. I based the purchase off their reputation and Vectron's review.
Both are reliable brands, cost the same (Anker w/free shipping, Hyperion with $5 shipping) and I have a feeling they get their batteries from the same source (neither of them manufacturer their own stuff). But I can say with certainty you will get a much better support from Anker and also 18 months extended warranty. Also, I'm not quite sure why Hyperion says "now with NFC" when these are standard slim batteries to use with Note 2 original battery cover that has NFC antenna built-in (no need for anything built into a battery).

Thanks as well! Yeah, it's the S3 that has the NFC chip built into the battery, isn't it?
I'd like to ask also - how is the Anker wall charger? Like, how long does it take to charge from the wall?

Their wall charger is 600mA which is probably the highest you can get in that type of charger. At least I haven't seen any wall battery chargers or universal wall battery chargers at 1A or higher.

Gah. So it sounds like you pretty much have to charge it overnight, then? Or save time and charge it in the phone?
Also I'd like to ask one other question of you - do the Seidio Vitreo screen protector and Otterbox Commuter go well together? Any problems with fitting, etc?
Hey everyone, not sure if people are still on the fence with some of the Wireless charging pads out there but, here's a solid solution.
ChoeTech Qi Charger
I had purchased a couple of the Durcell Powermats and only 1 of my 3 cases would charge with it. So, I decided to try another one.
All 3 are working flawlessly ....
Obliq Slim
Spigen Ultra Thin
Verus Card Slot Case (This is the one I really wanted it to work with).
Obliq case poly bumper
Some may not be as pumped as myself, but it's nice to see a decently priced pad work so well. Figured I'd share what I found out, since it might help others considering their options.
I got the same thing for my diy car mount and it works awesome. 3 coil is the only way to go in my books.

Thanks OP! Really appreciate that. Just ordered myself.
Did it work with the slot case while cards where inside? I bought two of the disappointing PowerMat chargers and it's annoying to have to remove it and then place it just perfectly on the charger. Defeats the entire purpose of wireless charging for me, convenience.

I can confirm it charges with two cards in the slot (Debit card and Driver's license). Really loving this wireless charger.
Those durcell mats really let me down... I should have known better with them being so cheap. I hated taking my case off to charge the phone.

Yeah my duracell powermat has a hard time charging through all but my thinnest case. And even then I have to reposition the phone precisely for it to work at all. I got a couple of those CHOE Qi chargers and they work through all the cases I've tried so far.
Just received mine and it works flawlessly! I've got 3 cards in my slider case and it still charges without issue. Haven't had to mess around with placement of my phone either, super convenient. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome! Glad it's working! Go Cubs and Go Kris Bryant! haha.
I have a Ravpower wireless charger/stands. These are also 3 coil chargers as well.

The real pain in the ass is that the Speck Candyshell Grip case is spotty to charge on it. It stops charging at random intervals and then picks up and charges again. If the case if off, I get no interruptions when I wirelessly charge.
http://www.amazon.com/Speck-Product..._1_2?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1429553865&sr=1-2
Be careful if you get this Candyshell grip case. Its a great case, but the issues with wireless charging suck.
yup, 3 coils is the way to go hands down. stronger charging and also you can place anywhere, no need to fiddle around on where to place the device which was annoying on the Duracell mat.
Also having issues with the Duracell one not going through the case.. will pick up one of these!

Could someone measure how thick that CHOETECH pad is? I can't find specs anywhere.
I'm trying to combine it with a magnetic car mount I have (http://www.bungajungle.com/collections/all/products/neutron-s?variant=994256488)

I can check when I get home from work, but googled it and it's 10.6mm (0.42 inches). According to Choetech
I know I have mentioned these previously in this thread, but I have a pair of these and they are nice if you want to have a stand.

There is a bit of a price premium, but I like having my phone standing up facing me here at work and at home. They also convert to laying down as well if you would like. The triple coil works wonders as well. I highly recommend them.
Like many of you, I've been disappointed with the lack of company communication and in particular communication regarding accessories. So I wanted an opportunity to discuss and hear recommendations of 3rd party accessories well suited for the Saygus V2.
I'll start it off by mentioning some of the items I've ordered and/or received. I'll come back to update on compatibility and usefulness of the accessories once we all have our V2s.
For a card dock with wireless charging. I ordered the Air Dock 2.0 with the CD mount.
I've received the Lexar Professional 128GB Class 10 UHS-1. Advertised at 95 MB/s read. Real world read 70 MB/s, write 20 MB/s.
Finally, I've ordered the Skinomi for the Saygus V2. I figure a clear skin is the best way to handle the lack of a case. With the thinness of the skin, I'm figuring there isn't much chance of interference with the wireless charging.
I'd be glad to know what the rest of you have or wish you had for your Saygus V2. Lets hear it.
YOu should also consider iottie's QI car charger as well, it's really amazing. Although if you you have a vynl/leather or a cushioned dash ... don't get it if you want to use it on it. People have had some really disastrous effects from using it on their dash (ripping the leather, leaving a round indent on a cushioned dash.) But if it's on the window or on a hard plastic dash the thing won't be coming off as it's stupidly suctiony. They've also released the Easy One Touch with QI charging now which would be better for a wndow application.

Just in case Saygus doesn't provide one...
Here is what appears to be a very good Quick Charger 2.0: http://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-Cert...d=1431795644&sr=1-2&keywords=quick+charge+2.0
:good:
I would just like a Saygus V2 to go with these accessories. I really hope these guys deliver.
I really hope Anker makes a huge battery like they did in the galaxy s4. I want days of battery life
I ordered the BestFire® Compact High Efficiency T-900 3-Coils Phone Stand Cradle Qi Wireless Charging Pad Dock for my office. Probably get a flat QI for the house.
The largest wireless portable battery that I've seen is about 10,000 mAh. Anyone seen better than that? I was looking for something in the 13-15,000 range to match what I have now.
I sold some 15000mah a while back so they exist.
Skinomi TechSkin is the best protector!
