[Q] bootloop on the at&t logo for g flex - LG G Flex

i have the g flex 950. i rooted it using towelroot (i know i was stupid) and i was messing around with the fonts and i needed to reboot to install the font. when it rebooted it wouldn't go past the at&t logo. it will repeat until i force the phone off or it dies. i've tried hard resetting and it didn't do anything. is it bricked or is there a way to fix it?

do you have a custom recovery???

No, i don't never thought i would need a backup

[Q] [HELP] My LG P970 is stucked on LG Screen

Hello guys, I am new at this forum but I have been reading this for years, but just now I needed to post something.
I have a LG Optimus Black P970 and it's now Bricked, I will try to explain it.
The samrphone was from my father and he gave it to me already bricked, he was using Stock ROM from VIVO (Brazil) Android 2.2 (Froyo) when It bricked, then I asked for him the smartphone and I tryed to use the SmartFlash to unbrick it and put the CWM Recovery as I used to use. The P970 didn't boot at CWM Recovery automatically as was supposed to, but after few hours pressing Vol - + Home Key and Power Button I was successed. Then I flashed Zeus ROM and everything went fine, the P970 was UNBRICKED!. Ok, I gave it to my sister-in-law and she was using it untill tomorrow... Then she asked me to unclock the network so she could use every SIM Card, for this I had to flash another ROM, I asked the P970 to boot into CWM Recovery (holding power button, reboot>reboot recovery) and now It is stucked on LG logo again. I tryed to flash 5 Stock Firmwares, 10A, 20B, 30A, 30B, etc but none worked. I really need it unbricked. I have been searching tought internet but every tutorial didn't work.
Please some one help me, I can't lose this smartphone. Oh, one more thing, I can boot into S/W Upgrade normally...
Thanks!
So you have tried using the smartflasher?? If so then it should be fully fixed... give it sometime to boot though as when I'd restored mine it took like 5 mins top for it to get into the main menu..

Yes, I did it several times and didn't fix the bootloop.
Is there a way that I can wipe data/factory reset thought a computer? Because maybe It could fix my phone, but I cant boot, it's still stucked. I really need help here
any help?
Hi MuriLOCO, I had bricked my p970 before and flashing via flash tool did the job.
You can try flashing it via S/W upgrade.
Go to LG website and download the updater so you could flash it with S/W update.
Hope that helps.

You had Android L originally correct? Did you know that in the changelog for the OTA that it says you CAN'T downgrade to another version of android after the update? I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you can flash a 4.4.4 system image anymore. So now you might have to wait for the System Image of Lollipop for the XT1064 to be released. I don't know how long that might be.
What were the failures you faced when you tried to flash the system images? Do you remember if anything flashed at all?
Also, the root method for the XT1064 causes takes it's time to boot past the unlocked bootloader warning; as NiekoNieves said. If you know nothing was flashed then you could leave it on for a few minutes and check if it boots into L.

[Q] LG G Flex D950 soft bricked CWM boot loop, no DM

I'm new to the development side of Android and I bought a ROOTED phone from a Co-worker. Well my phone tried to do a software update and the phone is stuck in a CWM boot loop. Me not being familiar with CWM or ROOT, I pressed the factory reset button in CWM. Now I am unable to fix it. I have tried ADB sideload to load ROMS to the phone. They will say they are installed but then it will just go right back to CWM. I am trying the LG flash tool now but my phone will not go into download mode. Can anyone help me, please. I love this phone....

Can you get into clockwork mod without it looping
If not try command
Adb reboot recovery
Chances are previous owner has some Roms saved on the SD card
In the download folder
Keep in mind Roms are carrier specific on this phone
Yes it boots into CWM recovery and I accidentally wiped everything. I am trying to use the LG flash tool but it will not even go to download mode....
In recovery factory reset clear your cache and dalvic
And try sideload again,if it doesn't work try pushing the file with adb
If you can't get that pm me and I'll troubleshoot with you.
D950 on LG logo
I have a D950 only boots to the LG logo. I rooted the phone and then tried to install CWM. I didn't know about Freedom Flex then, so i used a forum post to try and do it. I successfully got CWM on the phone, but now it won't boot past the LG logo (also boots to CWM, I think it'll go into download mode). I'm not sure if I did any of it correctly, but I've tried CWM, ADB, LG Flash Tool, Odin, etc to somehow get the phone working again to no avail. I'm not even sure if anything can connect/detect the phone. If there's nothing I can do then fine, but if anyone can help/try to help please do. It was a nice phone an i'd love to have it working again, its been so long.

D950 g flex bricked only boots to twrp recovery can't boot to download mode. Help

Hey guys as the title States I have my old d950 g flex that I ended up selling to a friend. The phone was rooted on the stock ROM, well all was good when I sold him the phone but being is a unlocked at&t phone when we got it did automatic ota updates which at that point bricked the phone. So now at this point the phone only boots to custom twrp recovery . shows the LG logo then goes straight to twrp every time. I've tried wiping the data, DAV cache, etc still to no avail to fix the boot. Now I've tried to get it into download mode so that I can flash it back to stock but the phone will not enter download mode. Every time it still goes to twrp. Is there a way to force it to Download mode so i can flash back to stock using rhe flash tool. And or even a way just to flash back to stock without the flash tool and download mode ? I've been searching and trying to get to work for days to no avail. So if you guys could help I'd greatly appreciate at the point were I'm about to just throw the phone in a fire and then have to give my friend his money so I'd really not want to do that lol so please help if you can. Thanks in advance
Update:*** So after searching the internet for days finally found out this fix for bootloop (recovery or normal bootloop) because of the phone being stuck in twrp recovery upon boot it would not let me go into download mode. I did this fix.." http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/fix-stuck-custom-recovery-trying-ota-t2907508 "and phone immediately booted as normal then was able to flash back to stock using flash tool as ive been trying to do for days now so if anyone has bootloop issues forward to this thread

Please Help

So I had reverted back to my Galaxy S6 today because i tried an iPhone and didn't like it. Anyways I completely messed up my phone and have no idea how to fix it. I rooted my phone then went to go get the xposed installed and i tried to install the framework and it was the wrong one and messed up my phone and put me in a black screen with a blue LED light and all i can do is go in recovery and download mode. I have searched up everything trying to find how to fix it and somewhere it said factory restart your phone under wipe in recovery mode so i did that and now it is stuck in a infinite boot loop screen where it just says the Samsung Galaxy S6 Android logo. Please help I don't know what to do.

Wrong section.
Nevertheless, I will try to help you.
You say that you are able to boot into recovery. Did you wipe cache&dalvik after factory reset? The easiest way to uninstall Xposed is by flashing the Uninstaller.zip, which can be found in the corresponding thread.

I wiped everything and factory reset and thats when it went from black screen blue light to blue light with logo displayed on it. I'll try to flash the uninstaller zip.
