Hey guys,
I would like to ask whether Xposed compatibility is based on Processor or ROM (if we put to the side Dalvik/ART)? For example, would it make any difference if I tried to install Xposed on an Exynos or Qualcomm Samsung (if we ignore the fact that it's incompatible on Lollipop at the moment)?
Based on runtime (dalvik/art).

Now that Xposed supports L but what currently lacks is a development platform. I've been using Genymotion to develop Xposed modules for a long time. But since Xposed doesn't support x86 yet on L, I'm unable to perform any test on Genymotion.
Anyone knows if there's any alternative to test Xposed modules on L without a physical device?
Hello everybody. I have a Oneplus One with Cyanogenmod 12 Nightly installed and Ak Kernel, and i've installed GravityBox Lp on Xposed Installer. GravityBox Open a window where it says that it supports only "pure" versions of Android, and custom rom may cause some bad issues. Is this true? Can i use GB, or do I have to uninstall it? Help me
Post it at the GB thread. It's not xposed related.

I'm a bit confused and couldn't find an answer - does Xposed work on Samsung devices with AOSP lollipop roms?
let's say I install CM12.1 on Samsung tab 3, will I be able to install Xposed on it?
Thanks,
it will work as long as its deodexed, i have it working on my tab4 and s5, both stock firmware that I deodexed.
For CM 12.1, just use the official Xposed v75 by rovo89. It's not mandatory that the CM ROM is deodexed, that's just the case for Samsung stock ROMs.
I have been searching for over a week trying to figure how what version of Xposed if any will work on the AT&T Galaxy S5 Active, I have yet too find the correct info. Can someone please verify that Xposed works on the g870a model and what version framework is needed, the newest stable version of course.
I am on lollipop with the OF3 deodexed root using flashfire. I haven't installed safestrap yet but have all the correct info to do so once I figure out if Xposed will work or not.
Also I heard that only certain modules work so maybe a list of do's and don't if not too much trouble. Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated.
I believe I found the correct thread for installing Xposed, I was looking at the official framework the entire time. Can someone please confirm if this works with the g870a model?

Here are the specs for the chip set of my Galaxy S5 Active (g870a).
CPU:Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AC v3
Browse devices based on Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AC v3
Width of Machine Word:32 bit
CPU Core:4x Qualcomm Krait 400
Instruction Set:ARMv7
I'm still not certain which file I need, I'm not sure if I need the Krait version or the Snapdragon version of framework? I have reason to believe it's one of these two, just need someone to confirm please before I install. I would like the newest stable version if at all possible.

Hi there.
I have Xposed installed in all my Android devices. Recently I just bought a Boyue e-ink reader with an Android 4.2.2. based firmware. I read in a Chinese forum that a developer had tried a similar version of the firmware (in an earlier model) with Xposed and just bricked the device. Is there any way to know if Xposed will be compatible with my device before actually installing it?
Thanks
