Hey Tayluft!
I'm sure it's going to be a possibility!
Verus and other case-makers have already made cases for them -- it seems like...
I was curious about that toooo but after browsing Amazon and PhoneArena.. it seems like Verus is already selling Edge S6 cases. So we are in luck hahaha.

there will be a decent range i think. check out the Spigen cases, they are among the best. i prefer the Spigen Neo Hybrid because it's pretty slim, nice grip and the side of the frame has that metalized look. have a look Here for a few other high quality Sigpen cases.
Samsung Galaxy 6 Cases
I agree that Spigen cases have solid quality but if you need extra protection you can also consider the OtterBox series like Defender or Symmetry.

Interesting. I guess those chinese factories can make anything, huh? I can't imagine that it would be too difficult to make a case for the phone. It's just a little bit of curved glass.

HAHA, Chinese manufacture can make any thing you can image!!!
Samsung isn't afraid to bring accessory vendors in to have products ready http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...335752011,n:2407760011,k:Galaxy+S6+Edge+Cases unlike apple. There are a ton of cases ready for launch day. Spigen, OtterBox, even Mophie is going to have a charging case for the launch day. That is how partnering with your vendors works.
Haha I don't think that would be a problem. The accessorie vendors will figure out a way.
I suppose all of you are probably right. I'm excited to see what the chinese places make!

I kinda don't want to get a case.... I went naked with my last phone and I would like to continue in that fashion. But the most expensive a phone gets, the more responsibility I feel must be taken into consideration. I just feel like I SHOULD take the extra precaution....
Clear cases along with a nice 3M screen protector on the backside to prevent the inevitable dust from working away at GG4, it did it to the iphone its not indestructible.

Hey everyone,
At the moment I use a rubber TPU case (that looks ugly) and is somewhat bulku. My priority is getting the phone in least bulk and reasonable protection to go with it. Preferrably stylish.
Any suggestions?

otterbox commuter case. slightly bulkier is the defender case by otterbox. both have some mad protection for your phone. this is however from my own experience. am sure there are other cases

That's exactly what I'm NOT looking for:
"My priority is getting the phone in least bulk and reasonable protection to go with it"
That is I don't want heavy cases, I just need lightweight cases, as light as possible, with reasonable protection - sorry if I wasn't clear.
Urban armor gear.
Nice looks good protection and not as bulky as the otterbox

Is it lightweight? Because Otterbox is SERIOUSLY bulky, and I'm looking for LIGHTWEIGHT case - that is the main thing for me.
I mean "not as bulky as otterbox" still sounds bulky, doesn't it?
It is lightweight.
Look it up on google. There are plenty of pics on their site and there must be a review on xda too.

I have the official note 2 bumper case from Samsung. It's pretty lightweight, looks great, and offers good drop protection from most angles. There isn't enough of an overhang to really protect the screen if it fell flat, but otherwise a back/corner drop should be well covered.
http://www.amazon.com/Galaxy-Protec...398878790&sr=8-2&keywords=note+II+bumper+case
The Diztronic TPU cases are also great, it doesn't look like a lot of protection, but I had one on my S3 and dropped it on tile, wood, gravel, and asphault without any major damage. They also feel and look great in hand. This probably is a bit better than the Samsung case on a face-flat drop since it's raised higher above the screen.

I agree with you, although the Seidio Surface is probably more suited to what the OP is looking for:
http://www.amazon.com/Seidio-CSR3SS...&qid=1405331811&sr=1-2&keywords=seidio+note+2
I have dropped my phone several times, and I partially ran over it in the yard with my riding lawnmower last week and it has survived.
I have noticed a best option for the case aswell extra power supply
i am unable to post the link for outside ones as i am newbee. but go to alibabaDOTcom and search for powercase for n7100
It must be the best option for the phones which are hungry of battery
If you are ok with a flip cover (for screen protection), I have a Kalaideng (KLD) that is very stylish with a (fake) leather finish. Its light, but a bit bulky though.
Otterbox commuter case is the best.
Maybe not along ht elines of what the OP is after but since a lot of folks are brinigng up the Otterbox Commuter...
The RedPepper waterproos case for the Note 2 looks pretty good. Bit bulky, but fully weather sealed, as in submergable.
Readily available on ebay too for like $20.
Anyone interested in an otterbox defender case, like new. I basically put it on, did not like, & took off. I just can't bring myself to throw it away, $10, if interested pm me.

Hey guys. I just decided to try Samsung S6 or S6 Edge. Looking for some great cases to protect it! But also I don't wanna spoil the original look of it since the design's so unique and beautiful! Anyone knows where I could find these cases available now??
I love the design of S6 edge so much, but it's kinda pricy
I would buy a S6. Does anyone know where I could find some high quality cases? I prefer leather cases.

i posted more Spigen cases here:

can't go wrong with any Spigen cases. many companies copy/clone their cases because they are among the best cases you can buy.

Hit up Vajacases @ www.vajacases.com they offer a GS5 case so very likely they will offer one for the GS5. Plus unlike Apple, Samsung actually gets their accessory vendors in on the design so they are ready at launch where Apple forces everyone to wait, penalizes them for using leaked designs from further Made For I accessory options, like who cares. Do you have to have permission to make a case for a phone anyways. I can't imagine aftermarket car accessory vendors have to get permission to offer floor mats or other accessories.
One more thing . . . I did a quick Amazon search for Galaxy S6 Edge Cases and chose Leather/Faux Leather box and the search results are below.

I'm not sure I would say that they are copies OF spigen... most of these cases are made in the same chinese factories, it's just that we understand spigen's cases to be the in the top percentage of quality. But that's like arguing that Sheetz has better gas than BP has, although they both buy from the same supplier.

not to be rude, but we're suppose to believe your review when you got the cases for free? not all companies throw away free cases to beggers for a review, maybe you got turned down because good cases don't need to be given away for review. companies usually give away cases when they don't make many sales... also, amazon reviews are flawed because competitors can leave negative reviews to others.. buy good brand and be done with it.

I think you're a little wrong with that comment, agreed many cases do look similar to what Spigen make, but who copied who lol I think there's a growing consumer trend for cases that are either sleek and stylish or functional or protective. And pretty much all mobile phone case manufacturers have caught onto that trend, so it's now and immensely saturated market with everyone producing cases very similar to one another. I guess the benefit of this is they're all fighting for sales, which often means reductions in prices, good for us

its easy to know who copied who.. Who came out with the first Neo Hybrid? Spigen. now there is a flood of them. anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional or hasnt been buying cases for very long to have known what Spigen cases have looked like for years..
Could we post some of the thinnest cases we've found? Like Rinke slim, etc..
I like the cases that are so thin with the tops and bottoms open, but they seem to be rare nowadays
Not sure if it's thin enough for you but I like the way this looks. I think the reason very think and open cases are so rare is that they barely offer any protection with large phones
This is crazy thin and with the price might as well order just for the hell of it...
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Case...Back-Case-For-Samsung-Galaxy/32398559531.html
The Ringke Slim is one of the tiniest cases around and it covers the top and bottom of the case with a good amount of protection. The Ulak clear slim case is also very thin and offers a shock proof protection with it's tpu sides and clear back.
I'm not looking for major drop protection. I like ultra thin cases to mainly protect the finish and camera lens when I lay my phone on random surfaces, as well as hiding some of the awful fingerprints and finger grease.
Thanks guys
The official Samsung case is by far the slimmest case. If you want to even call it a case,
I had one for my S6 Edge and its basically like nothing is on the phone and just protects the corners and back glass.
But its expensive

Does anyone know if the rubber-ish looking stuff on the top and bottom are grippy?
I like how the glass on the note5 is grippy to the hand, but slippery in the pocket/on cloth.
My worry is that the polycarbonate might be the opposite -- and always catch going into a tighter pocket.

I'm not sure about this specific case, but I know what you mean. The glass is grippy to my fingers but a polycarbonate incipio case I bought for it is very slick. I may have to return it.
I'm hoping that Orzly will make one. I have their frost thin case on my S6 and love it. Just enough to protect against scratches and thin enough to keep the "feel" .
So, I received 2 Rinke slim cases, clear and black. I have the Rinke Fusion as well.
Quick impressions.
Clear Rinke Fusion. It's ok, slightly bulky for me tho. Fits perfect, cutouts are where they should be. Case has an annoying piece of tape/plastic on the inside that was a PITA to remove. I'd say it's a 7/10.
Rinke Slim, Black. Perfect fit, hugs the contours of the phone perfectly. Cutouts are great, especially around the Spen. I feel like the fusion case made it slightly more difficult to remove the spen, the Slim doesnt.
Rinke Slim, clear. I really really wanna use this case, it's crystal clear and looks so good on the phone. Problem is, it doesn't fit perfectly like the black version. When you slightly squeeze the sides, you can feel the case move. Really lame.
I'm also using the Ringke SF Black Case and it's very thin based on my thinness standards. pics are below (i'm reposting pictures from my post at Android Central).

What is the thinnest case out? I don't necessarily like cases...just want something as thin as possible for scratch protection.
Rinkge Slim is probably the thinnest. It fits VERY well and is about as minimal as it gets. I really like it.
However, I switched to a TPU case because I can be a bit clumsy and needed more protection from drops on pavement.
If you just want scratch protection then a skin is the way to go.

I have this one and have had it on past phones and I felt it made the 5x quite a bit bigger for a "thin" case. Maybe because its designed to fit flush with the camera and since the camera protrudes out, it the case does too.

I've heard a lot about this one... Also the Nillkin Nature case keeps coming up, too, and lists itself as .66mm thick. That's a pretty slim case, and would be far thinner than my Cimo tpu case. I'm probably going to order both the Nillkin and Lg Hardshell and see which one is best. I like that the Nillkin comes in clear and smoked options, too, instead of just solid colors. Haven't been able to confirm that option on the LG case since it doesn't appear for sale in the US just yet.

How thin is the Nilkin? I don't see it advertised. The LG Snap On is advertised at 0.75mm but we don't know at which point of the case they measured.
The Nilkin is a gel case, or "condom" case as I like to call them. They are thin but that's about all they have going for them.

The nillkin is advertised at. 0.6mm. Not much for rugged protection, I suppose, but should be nice for some coverage without added bulk. Mine just shipped (from somewhere in east Asia) and should be here in about 2 weeks. Will keep y'all posted.
The Lg case has a s light inward curve to it so it's hard to get measurements. After trying multiple angles the thinnest I got was .80, that's coming straight up from the bottom.
Diztronic hands down

This is far superior and much thinner than my Cimo TPU case. It's not going to offer much drop protection, but I'm not too concerned about that. Plus it'll certainly prevent scratches. It also has a slight raised edge at the bezel so you can set the phone screen-down on a flat surface and the screen won't touch, but the added bonus here is that since its such a thin case, the offset is minimal which makes it MUCH easier to swipe left-to-right (for example to open an app menu or Google Now) than thicker TPU caes (which can often make it hard to touch the edge of the screen.
Anyway, I'm really happy about this case. It does had small flaps that cover and plug the charging alot and headphone jack, which I waver between liking and disliking. However, those could easily be cut off if wanted. Anyway, easily the best $10 I've ever spent on a case.

Hey I see the listing color options are white, gray, or gold. What color did you get? I'm wondering if by "white" do they actually mean clear?

Yup, the white is actually clear. That's the one I bought.
My Nillkin is on its way from China. I'm excited to get it. I'm using the Ringke Fusion right now and I think the profile is slim along the edges but the extra thickness is killing me.
With the Nillkin should I look into getting a screen protector for the camera lens or does the case lip around the camera keep it from touching the surface?
There was a thread the other day about artek giving free cases so they could get reviews for it, i have been using it for about a week and here's my review:
I recently bought a note 8 so i was looking for different cases, this is one of them.
It is made of real leather so that's always a plus. Now i almost all the time prefer minimalist cases because last couple of samsung phones are just so darn pretty and i like to show it off but this time i wanted to try something different.
It's a case i won't be using everyday because of the same thing but i have been using it for the last week an do far i like most of it specially the attention to detail and that it covers the screen as well.
I have tried wireless charging and yes it works, i'm guessing it will work with some chargers and not with others, the one i'm using has 2 coils i don't know if that has anything to do.
PROS:
+ Real Leather
+ Decent protection for the phone
+ PURDY
+ When using this there's no need to carry a wallet anymore since you can put your cards and some cash in there.
+ Perfect fit.
CONS:
- Using the fingerprint was hard enough with Samsung's fingerprint location, with this case it's even harder.
- Screen doesn't turn on automatically when opening case.
- Bulky, won't be comfortable if you are wearing skinny jeans.
At the end, i would say its a good purchase.

Bud, then you can simply install it with a glass screen protector, then choose a simply TPU slim case.
Trust me, nowadays Phones are built very solid.
Otterbox just take advantage of Scare of losing a thought dollars
