[Q] Noob, accidently deleted OS on HTC One M7 / Boot Loop - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi I was fiddling around in the settings of TWRP when I was trying to delete cache, I also deleted system.
When my phone is shut down, I can press [Power] + [Volume Down] for about 15 seconds and this is the screen I get.

I tried to install a stock rom from- android revolution hd blogspot co nz. I got the Lollipop (Android 5.0.2 + HTC Sense 6.0) - Download Android Revolution HD 91.1, but everytime I Boot to System from Recovery, it goes on a Boot Loop, after showing the Google logo in a black screen followed by a selection of languages (English United States). I am from New Zealand. I would appreciate all help. Thanks in advanced. Sorry for the repost from the wrong section in the forums.

1. connect the phone to PC and install the recovery of your choice from FASTBOOT USB (fastboot flash recovery <nameofrecovery>.img)
2. Fastboot flash kernel from your ROM (fastboot flash boot boot.img)
3. Boot to recovery, mount your SD Card, put the ROM of your choice on SD, unmount
4. Wipe cache, dalvik, data, and system
5. Flash ROM of your choice
6. Post questions in the Q and A section
Or if you wanna go to stock...
Download the ruu from the HTC website onto your computer...go to support and choose the vivid
Choose fastboot on the phone
Connect it to USB port on computer
Run the ruu
If you don't want stock and want a custom ROM if sounds like you don't have a custom recovery yet...so
Download the vivid toolkit on pc
Choose fast boot
Connect phone to PC
Choose wcx or clockworkmod
Click flash recovery
Follow instructions in post above mine...and next time ask in the q&a section

What mg said..If you choose to run an ruu..you'll need to relock the bootloader first

[Q] HTC Desire C stuck in hboot after trying to remove ROM

Hi im new to this forum so tell me if i do something wrong.
Firstly I installed Nameless Rom successfully for it a few weeks ago but now ive decided to sell this phone so now I have tried to put it back to normal. I factory reseted the phone then proceeded to run the
"RUU_GOLF_U_ICS_40A_HTC_Europe_1.35.401.1_Radio_10.08.98.09H_1.05.98.08M2_release_260338_signed" ruu however it gave me an error in the process (Error 155) I then looked on the web to find a solution. It said to Relock bootloader then try again.
I did this but then I got another error from the RUU install. (error 130)
Im completely stuck at the moment as the phone is stuck in hboot menu and wont boot.
This is what is displayed

HTC One Stuck in Bootloader with no TWRP recovery

Hello there,
My HTC One with Rogers Wireless is stuck in bootloop and I've tried everything to get it back to any form of life.
The screen reads...

Now, I can go into a menu where it also shows

Although I can usually get out of any problem I face with recovery, For some reason which I don't know, When I go into recovery, It takes me back into the bootloader. I've tried to re-add TWRP and I've tried to unlock my device again, Both I cannot do.
I desperately need help. I rely on my mobile and I have a flight across country for Christmas in a month and am currently laid off and low on funds or I would buy out my contract and get a new phone.
Please help if you can,
Thanks,
-Brian A. Crawford

Need to ReInstall Everything on HTC One M7

Hi Guys, Could you please assist me with getting this phone up and running. I purchased it secondhand for $20 and i'm hoping i can get it operational.
When i hold Vol down and Power button i get to a screen and i can see the following:

When i enter Recovery i go to TWRP (3.2.1-0). The original owner told me he did Advanced Wipe and ticked all the boxes.
I would like to put a Marshmallow Rom on this phone.
Many thanks to those who can assist.
you can install a linage rom first. then you could boot into bootloader again and could see which OS version it has before wipe, I think.
Then you can search for a RUU for the firmware it runs and could go back to stock, if you want.
