There are some apps in the market which may give you more customization options
i still don't think any of them would be able to do what you want here, but they could go half way..
check out 'Tasker' in the market

Anyone notice the New Android Pay icon

I get this when I open Google pay, but it won't let me setup a card. Even if I update wallet it won't

It will not work if you have root.

It can work with root, but it's a pain to get working, I had to change a few things, setup pay, then enable root again. But if you have the M preview then it won't work period, Google even said it won't

Hey, my phone automatically enter dnd mode after I get a call, it's there any fix to it? I didn't find any thing in the setting.

Hey, although you never mentioned your rom info, I presume non-miui, there would be an option like in the below screenshot from AOSIP tweaks » Advanced settings.

Yes with others phones I have VoLTE

There is some works for this but anyway, still not possible for pixel4 right now. The work able to force enable the menu in settings but not provisioned it so it is still not working. I think especially in the country that Google does not officially sale, like me in Thailand.

Even i would like to know. I remember there was a way to do it in pixel 2.
